So many energy saving strategies to realize the low energy house are proposed in these days. Even if the energy saving performances are similar between the strategies, the costs are in a broad ranges. Therefore, the application of the energy saving strategies should be based upon two considerations; one is energy saving performance and the other is the cost. In this study, the decision making method for application of the passive design technologies in the design stage of the low energy apartment house are suggested. By utilizing the result of this study, practitioners can make an effective design alternatives which solve the conflicted values; energy saving and cost.
에너지 모니터링 시스템 구축을 통한 편의점의 에너지 성능에 관한 연구

This study reviews the status of building area, energy consumption and energy cost in convenience store and evaluates the current energy performance in the small retail and is analysed energy consumption of 80,242kWh and energy cost of 7,258,063Won by energy simulation of EnergyPlus. It is offered energy conservation component technology of window thermal performance, air tightness, LED lighting, high performance system air conditioner, building energy management system and mist spray outdoor unit in which the characteristics of the convenience stores operated by small retail. energy performance analysis of energy conservation component technology is showed energy consumption of 56,481kWh, energy saving rate of 29.6% and energy cost of 2,263,589Won. Building energy monitoring system is aimed to verify the performance of the application of energy saving technology between energy simulation and energy monitoring and is evaluated by error rate of 9.3%. With the above results, it is proven to save energy through energy savings element technology for small retail and to try effort of energy savings through the application of retail and wholesale stores across the country.
주택성능등급과 친환경건축물인증의 평가방법 비교를 통한 개선안 연구 : 환경관련등급을 중심으로

A variety of Certification systems are initiated, as increased demands for housing quality of building & house owner. New building and apartment built in Seoul metropolitan should acquire Building Energy Rating System and Housing Performance Grade indication System, Green Building Certification System. Building Energy Rating System could be acquired through the certification from energy performance index of environment grade in Housing Performance Grade Indication. Between Housing Performance Grade Indication and Green Building Certification System, There are troublesome to acquire certification because a lot of assessment items are overlapped. At a result, the rational and efficient certification system should be initiated not only to avoid overlap among those certification systems and promote Green Building market share but also efficient certification system operation. We will discuss on assessment items between Housing Performance Grade Indication System and Green Building Certification System and release the improvement method those Certification Systems to avoid overlapping to assessment items.
