        16주간 보강운동프로그램 적용이 여자중학생의 체력발달에 미치는 영향

        This study was able to reach the following results after analyzing and comparing the control group and the experimental group applying the 16-week reinforced exercise program for middle school girls who grow rapidly. The effect of the 16-week reinforced exercise program on physical fitness was significantly higher that of the control group in terms of speed(50 m running) and muscular endurance(fixed arm hang). For the 8-week and 16-week program, the experimental group showed higher. In the pre-test, muscular strength(sit-up), explosive(standing long jump), flexibility(bending forward), endurance(long distance race), there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. However, in the 8-week and the 16-week program, there was a significant difference. The effect of the 16-week physical fitness exercise, according to the period of exercise, was significantly higher than of the pre-test group and the 8-week group. For the endurance(long distance race), the pre-test group was significantly slower than that of the 8-week and the 16-week group. For speed(50 m running), muschlar endurance(flexed arm hang), muscular strength(sit-up), flexibility(bending forard), the 8-week program group was higher than that of the pre-test group and the 16-week program group was higher than that of the 8-week program group. In other words, it is shown that the longer the period of exercise, the higher the improvement of physical fitness. Therefore, regular and continued participation of the exercise is believed to be effective for the improvement of thy physical fitness.

        운동 프로그램 실시가 여자중학생의 신체조성에 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study is investigate that body composition will be changed through the exercise program 160 subjects were divided into four groups such as control group, 4 weeks group, 8 weeks group and 16 weeks group. the % at, the amount of body fat and the weight of body fat were measured for the body composition. It showed that as for the effect of body composition, there was little difference in the % fat, the amount of body fat and the weight of body fat for the control group, and there was a little difference only in the rate of body fat for 4 weeks group, and there was difference in three items for 8 weeks group. It showed that there was difference in the % fat and the amount of body fat no difference in the weight of body fat. But it showed that body composition generally changed by application of the program.
