The school building in the 21st century is pursuing qualitative alteration instead of securing conventional quantitative and uniform educational space. Furthermore, in the light of learning method, it is being reconstructed as opener educational environment, being equipped with agreeable facilities and equipment. In this context, site block plan as per extension and reconstruction of elementary school can be classified into increment of school building, life accompanied by collective residence, increment of regional population, alteration of building form and amendment of curriculum. Considering conditions such as correlation between the outer/inner space generating in the site block plan as per the 7th curriculum and building form, connection form of moving line in the alteration of school block, etc. for elementary school block as per extension and reconstruction, elementary school can be located more efficiently in the light of space. Thus, taking the elementary school buildings located in Daegu as subject, this study compares and analyzes the site block plan of existing elementary schools and those after extension and reconstruction. Then, based on the result shown in the research of site block plan, this study will draw out the existing issues and present corresponding direction for extension and reconstruction of elementary school buildings for the future. 21세기 학교건축은 기존의 양적이고 획일적인 교육공간의 확보에서 질적인 변화를 추구하고 있으며, 학습방법에 있어서도 쾌적한 시설과 설비를 갖추고 보다 개방적인 교육환경으로 재구성하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 초등학교 증·개축에 따른 배치계획은 교사동의 증가와 집합주거로 수반되는 생활, 지역인구 증가, 건물의 형태 변화, 교육과정개정으로 나누어 분류 할 수 있는데 제7차 교육과정에 따른 배치계획에서 발생되는 외·내부공간과 건물형태와의 상관관계, 학교 배치의 변화로 인한 동선의 연결형태 등 증·축에 따른 초등학교 배치에 있어 이러한 조건들을 감안한다면 초등학교 계획 시 보다 효율적인 공간적 배치가 가능할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 대구광역시에 위치한 초등학교 건물을 대상으로 증·개축 할 경우 기존과 증·개축이 이루어진 초등학교의 배치를 비교·분석하여 배치계획 연구과정을 통해 나타나는 결과를 바탕으로 기존의 문제점을 도출하여 이에 대응한 향후 초등학교 증·개축계획의 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Le corbusier's early study includes $quot;Domino system$quot;, $quot;Five Points of a New Architecture$quot;, and Later he made up $quot;Modular$quot;, which is on new composition principle in replacement of $quot;Regulation line$quot; by developing experimental plans investigating or researching. $quot;Modular$quot; is to look for human scale regarding human as a center of the architecture. 'Therefore, there is a relationship between to understand architectural world of Le Corbusier and to understand the developing process and characteristics of Modular. The purpose of this study is on the basic research to investigate the process of evolution and general characteristics of Modular.

In there mechanical generation by industrial development, Le corbusier creates the modern primal of city planning, instead of a clarrical concepts of city planning and a proceeding of city development for new generation. The characte of Le corbusier who has been the social and urban probling is expressed or explancal by Representation of Urbanism mentined in his urban planning. This research analysed Representation of Urbanism which appear in the art of Le corbusier and try to study an something that Urban Character on the city plan of Le corbusier influence in the modern cites.

Korea has a two-tier legal system concerning physical urban environment ; urban planning act and building act. The urban planning act is concerned with overswell directions: of the land usd in a whe city. The propose of this research is to establish the Base Floor Acre Ratio of the Residential area in seoul. The current establishment method of the Base FAR can establish the excessive BAR in the lot at hilly districts and inside districts. In order to solve such a problem, This research analyzed actual realized 1AR of the jung-rang gu. in Seoul. We have known tJtat the development capacity in a lot is limited by -legal density and sky exposure plane control which offers the maximum height of building according to the width of fronting road. In particular, the FAR is a most significant system in the bulk regulation. The Realized FAR of the building in a lot shall usually remain less than the Maximized FAR of the building in a lot. Because the Realized FAR of the building in a lot is affected with the FAIL Factors, many variables which were connected with,.the FAIL.

The height provisions, by the urban planning, describe the hightest height per width division, also define oblique line limitation by road without mentioning the highest per width division. Therefore this study will be a basic model for the standard of measuring the highest height per width division analysizing the propricty of current standard of oblique limitation. This technique is prepared to prevent the confusion and to complements the existing planning method. Therefore, it takes more time to establish this new method and to apply it to the existing condition. This study reviewed density control in District Units Plan, based on the guidelines of density, which included height, ratio of total floor to ground area, and land distribution. This study aims to provide efficient analysis by using current oblique limitation provisions. Thus, proving the area rations of general residential areas are decreasing. Since the purpose of the District Units Plan is to avoid confusion and help case the existing problematic conditions which have risen from the two above-mentioned conventional systems, further observation and research on these areas are necessary.
