        Ti-6Al-4V 합금의 단시간 고온 노출 시 모재 및 용접부의 인장강도 특성

        Since the structural temperature of a flight vehicle flying at high speed rises rapidly due to aerodynamic heating, it is necessary for optimum structural design to obtain proper material properties at high temperature by taking into account of its operational environment. For a special alloy, analysis data on strength change due to exposure time to high temperature are very limited, and most of them are for an exposure time longer than 30 minutes for long term operations. In this study, base and weld metal samples of Ti-6Al-4V alloy had been prepared and high temperature tensile tests with induction heating were performed, and then high temperature strength characteristics and strength recovery characteristics through cooling have been analyzed. Pre-tests to determine maximum heating rate were performed, and response characteristics for temperature control were confirmed. As a result, high temperature tensile strength appeared to be lower than that of room temperature, but it was higher than that of high temperature of 30 minite exposure listed in MMPDS. In strength recovery through cooling Ti-6Al-4V alloy has shown higher recovery rate compared with other alloys.

        헬름홀쯔 공명기의 기하학적 형상과 가진 음압에 따른 감쇠 특성

        본 연구에서는 연소불안정 현상을 제어하는 수동적 기구의 하나인 음향공을 적용하여, 음향공의 설계 변수(오리피스 길이와 지름)와 가진 음압에 따른 감쇠 효과를 선형음향해석과 상온 음향시험을 통하여 연구하였다. 오리피스의 길이가 짧고, 지름이 클수록 감쇠 효과가 증가하는 것을 확인하였으며 실험과 선형 음향 해석 결과가 서로 동일한 경향을 보이는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 가진 음압의 크기가 110 ㏈ 이상에서 감쇠 능력이 비선형적으로 감소하는 것을 확인하였으며, 음향공 오리피스의 단면적이 증가할수록 감소량이 강소하는 것으로부터 비선형 구간에서는 오리피스 단면적을 증가시키는 것이 유리함을 확인하였다. Damping characteristics of a Helmholtz resonator to passively control the combustion instability were investigated by linear acoustic analysis and atmospheric acoustic tests. Its orifice length and diameter were selected as the design parameters and supplied SPL(sound pressure level) effect on damping characteristics were investigated. Damping capacity is improved by decreasing the orifice length as well as by increasing the orifice diameter. Also, the results showed that the damping capacity of the resonator decreased nonlinearly about above 110 ㏈ and instabilities in the nonlinear region were more effectively suppressed by increasing the orifice diameter.

      • Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA 분석을 이용한 한속단과 천속단의 감별

        As a result to amplifying 12 samples of "Sok-dan" through an random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) method using eighteen UBC and URP primers, distinct band forms enabling discrimination of Phlomus umbrosa and Dipsacus asperoides were observable in the UBC 320 primer, UBC 367 primer, UBC 385 primer, UBC 414 primer, UBC 423 primer, URP 3 primer, URP 5 primer and URP 9 primer. The polymorph result amplified with a random primer was evaluated through Gelcompar Ⅱ, showing a result dividable into two groups. The divided groups were the dried sample group of Dipsacus asperoides and the group of Phlomis umbrosa. In order to recognize the distinction between Dipsaci Radix types, the genetic variation of "Sok-dan" produced domestically and imported was evaluated through RAPD, and the potential to distinguish these in forms of dried medicine was identified, presenting a method to authentification of Phlomis umbrosa and Dispacus asperoides.
