본 연구는 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니들이 바깥놀이를 어떻게 바라보고 있는지 살펴봄으로써 이들이 인 식하는 바깥놀이의 가치, 문제점, 개선점을 조명하고자 하였다. 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니 10명을 대상으 로 반구조적 개별면담과 포커스 그룹면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였고, QSR NVivo 프로그램으로 분석하 였다. 분석결과, 어머니들은 자신이 경험했던 유년시절의 바깥놀이에 대한 추억 및 자녀와의 상호작용 경 험을 토대로 바깥놀이의 긍정적인 역할에 대하여 인식하는 것에 반해, 바깥놀이 공간의 부적절함, 초등학 교 준비로 인한 시간 부족, 현대사회의 가치관과 개인주의에서 도래하는 문제들로 인하여 바깥놀이를 충 분히 제공해주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 연구 참여자들은 바깥놀이에 대한 우리나라 부모의 전반 적인 인식 변화를 바라며 부모교육의 필요성을 강조하고 더 풍부한 바깥놀이를 제공할 수 있기를 바랐다. 본 연구의 결과는 유아교육자들이 부모의 경험과 관점을 존중하며 열린 대화에 초대하여 유아들을 위한 바깥놀이의 질적 향상을 위해 함께 노력하는 것이 중요함을 시사하였다. This study is to examine mothers’ values, perceived problems, and ideas for enriching children’s outdoor play, by investigating their perspectives on outdoor play for young children. A total of 10 mothers participated in this study using the semi-structured interview method. The interview data were analyzed by the QSR NVivo qualitative analysis software program. While the mothers viewed outdoor play positively based on their own childhood memory, it was found that their perceptions of undesirable outdoor play reality, including unsafe playground facilities, limited space, decreased playtime, and the changes in contemporary values and individualism, prevented them from allowing their child to freely play outdoors. This study also found that the participating mothers wished for the change in parental perceptions of outdoor play, and emphasized parental education and other alternatives for young children’s rich outdoor play. The findings suggest that educators should respect parental experiences and perspectives and make efforts to engage parents in open dialogues to improve the quality of outdoor play for the beloved children.
전문대학생의 자기조절학습 능력이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 전문대학생의 학습능력 신장을 위해 학습몰입에 영향을 주는 변인으로 자기조절학습을 설정하고, 이들 하위요인 (동기조절, 인지조절, 행동조절) 이 학습몰입에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 하였다. 대구 · 경북에 소재하는 5개 전문대학에 재학 중인 564명의 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 하고 각 변인들 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 자기조절학습 능력과 학습몰입은 여학생이 남학생보다 더 높은 것은 것으로 나타났으며, 학년에 따른 차이는 없었다. 전공계열에 따른 차이는 인문사회와 자연과학계열이 공업계열보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 전문대학생의 자기조절학습과 학습몰입은 모두 정적인 상관관계가 있었으며, 자기조절학습의 하위요인인 동기조절, 인지조절, 행동조절은 학습몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 자기조절 학습 능력은 학습몰입의 하위요인 중 명확한 목표에 가장 크게 영향을 미친다. 다음으로 구체적 피드백, 통제감, 과제집중, 변형된 시간감각, 행동-지각일치, 자기목적적 경험, 도전-기술 균형, 자의식 상실 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 전문대학생이 스스로 학습하는 능력을 키우고 학습전략을 세워 자신의 목표를 달성하기 위하여 필요한 방법을 선택하고 조절해 나가는 과정을 통해 학습몰입이 이루어질 수 있음을 시사한다. This study was to examine the effects of self-regulated learning abilities (motivation regulation, cognitive regulation, behavioral regulation) of junior college students on learning flow. For this purpose, this study collected data from 564 students at five junior colleges and analyzed the relationship among the variables. The results showed that female students had higher self-regulated learning abilities and learning flow than male students. Grade caused no differences. Students in social sciences and natural sciences produced higher values than those in engineering. In addition, there was positive correlation between self-regulated learning and learning flow of junior college studests, and the sub-factors of self-regulated learning such as motivation regulation, cognitive regulation, behavioral regulation significantly affected learning flow. In particular, self-regulated learning was found to have the greatest impact on clear goals among the sub-factors of learning flow. The next sub-factors impacted by self-regulated learning in order were unambiguous feedback, sense of control, concentration on task at hand, transformation of time, action-awareness merging, autotelic experience, challenge-skill balance, and loss of self-consciousness. Results of this study suggest that junior college students set up a strategy for self-study and achieve learning flow by selecting metho for their goals.
Characteristics of Muscular Activities according to Assist of Trunk Activities for Agricultural Work

Farming is a typical task that includes repetitive tasks, incomplete working positions, and weight work, along with exposure to a number of musculoskeletal diseases and harmful factors. Therefore, in this study, work clothes were developed for older agricultural workers exposed to musculoskeletal diseases and alienated from the medical system. Work clothes can help in repetitive cropping and support the load on the work, preventing and mitigating farmers diseases. To verify the effectiveness of the developed clothing, six men in their 20s were evaluated for muscle usage before and after wearing the clothing in two ways: stoop lifting and squat lifting. The results of this study showed that the mass of most muscles, except the gastrocnemius muscle, was reduced during lifting operations by stoop lifting after wearing work clothes. The reason why the gastrocnemius was more activated was that the ankle joint was greatly activated by dorsal flexion. For squatting and lifting, most of the muscle usage was reduced. In future research, we want to analyze the muscle characteristics of actual agricultural workers on wearing work clothes.
A Study on the Effect of Soft Wearable Suit Using Elastic Band

Many of the workers are exposed to work that burdens the musculoskeletal system, and musculoskeletal diseases, such as low back pain, are increasing every year. Various muscle support systems, such as wearable robots, have been developed to prevent musculoskeletal diseases at industrial sites, but the system is bulky. Therefore, the total weight is high, it is inconvenient to wear, and the wearer cannot freely perform the activities when power is not supplied. In this paper, in order to compensate for the shortcomings of the hard-type wearable robot system, a soft-type wearable suit using an elastic band was manufactured so that it is light and portable, as it does not require an actuator. The experiment was conducted to verify the effect of muscle strength assistance through an experiment (Measurement of Maximum Waist Torque and Measurement of the Approximate Dose) on the effect of the soft wearable suit. In addition, by making two different types of elastic bands in the wearable suit, it was possible to classify the more effective types for the waist and lower extremities according to the elasticity by comparing the muscle strength assisting effect according to the elastic band.
