CCTV 설치에 대한 부모의 경험: 근거이론을 적용하여

한국사회에서 무상보육은 아동 돌봄의 지평을 확장 시켰다. 그러나 다른 한편으로 시설중심의 아동 돌봄 서비스는 시설 내에서의 아동학대가 보다 더 선명히 밝혀지는 계기로 작용하였다. 그런 결과, 정부에서는 CCTV 의무화 정책을 시행하게 되었다. 이 연구는 CCTV 설치에 대한 부모들의 경험이 어떠한가를 파악하고자 수행되었다. 연구 참여자는 눈덩이 표집방법에 의해 모여진 부모 10명으로 구성되었으며, 자료수집과 분석은 Strauss & Corbin의 심층 면담방법과 분석방법을 적용하였다. 분석 결과로 도출된 함의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육시설종사자의 인성과 자질을 개선하기 위한 프로그램 지원이 필요하다. 둘째, 보육시설종사자들이 연구시간을 가지도록 함으로써 좀 더 전문적으로 보육의 질을 향상하도록 함이 필요하다. 셋째, 보육시설종사자들이 전문성을 더 향상시키기 위한 노력을 해야 한다. 넷째, 보육시설종사자들의 스트레스를 관리할 수 있는 서비스 프로그램이 활성화 되어야 한다. 다섯째, 부모 간담회를 비롯한 의견수렴창구가 활성화되어야 한다. Free child care in Korean society has expanded the horizon of child care. On the other hand, facility-based child care services have become a clearer source of child abuse in the facility. In the process of this policy expansion, the government has implemented mandatory CCTV policy. This study was conducted to determine the parental experience of CCTV installation. Research participants were composed of 10 parents who were gathered by snowball sampling method. Data collection and analysis were applied to Strauss & Corbin 's in - depth interview method and analysis method. The following results were confirmed through analysis. First, it is urgent to support the personality development of day care workers. Second, it is necessary to improve the quality of day care more professional by allowing the workers in the day care center to have time for research. Third, policy support should be expanded to raise the professionalism of child care workers. Fourth, a service program that can relieve the stress of workers in the day care centers should be activated. Fifth, it is necessary to gather opinions on parental involvement including CCTV in the daycare center.

최근 영유아 교육기관에서 교사에 의한 아동학대가 심각한 사회문제로 부상되면서 CCTV 설치의 의무화가 이루어졌다. CCTV의 설치는 서비스 이용자의 측면에서는 서비스제공 상황을 확인할 수 있어 긍정적이지만, 서비스 제공자인 교사의 측면에서는 인권 침해의 소지를 비롯한 부정적 측면 때문에 상반적으로 평가될 수 있다. 서비스의 질에 대한 영향요인 중 서비스 제공자의 요인이 무척 중요한 상황에서 CCTV의 설치를 교사들이 어떻게 경험하는가 하는 것은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 따라서 본 연구는 CCTV 설치에 대한 교사의 경험을 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 영유아교육기관에서의 교사 10명을 연구 참여자로 하여 심층면담을 하여 질적 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과, CCTV에 대한 교사들의 경험은 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면이 모두 나타났다. 또한 CCTV가 영유아와 교사의 상호작용에 미치는 영향에 대한 인식은 긍정적인 측면으로는 영유아의 관찰을 통해 상호작용을 강화 할 수 있으며, 부정적인 태도로는 교사와 아동 간에 거리감이 증대하고 유대감의 약화, 부자연스러운 행동, 가식적인 행동이 나타날 수 있음이 언급되었다. 그리고 CCTV설치 의무화에 대한 영유아 교사들의 대안에 대한 인식으로는, 먼저 인식개선 방법으로는 사회적 인식개선, 학부모의 인식개선, 교사보호 법안, 교사 처우개선, 사회적 정책 지원 방안의 필요성이 제시되었으며, 효과적인 이용방안 및 대안으로는 열악한 근무개선, 교사의 신뢰, 개방형 기관 만들기, 학부모 보조교사, 보조교사, 부모와 교사의 신뢰가 언급되었다. Recently, as a serious social problem of child abuse by a teacher in kindergarten and daycare centers have been made mandatory installation of cctv. Installation of CCTV is positive because in terms of the service users can check the service status. But in terms of service providers can be assessed opposed from the negative aspects. It is very important for improvement of child services that is known what teachers have been experienced in class room after the installation of CCTV. The purpose of this study was to investigate the experiences of teachers in the space with CCTV. For this purpose, a qualitative analysis was performed by in-depth interviews with 10 teachers in Kindergarten and day care center. As results, the experience of teachers showed both positive side and negative side. After the installation of CCTV, the interaction of the infants and the teachers were influenced both positive and negative as well. Therefore, some alternatives were suggested for improving child services.

여성의 복압성 요실금의 수술적 치료에서 Tension-free vaginal tape (TVT)과 Burch colposuspension의 비교

Objective : The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness, easiness, postoperative complications between tension-free vaginal tape (TVT) and Burch colposuspension (BC) in the surgical management of female genuine stress urinary incontinence. Methods : A retrospective study of 77 cases with stress urinary incontinence at Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Urology, Pochon CHA University Medical College from January 2000 to December 2002, followed up more than 6 months. All of 77 cases were above grade 2 genuine stress urinary incontinence, 37 cases were performed tension-free vaginal tape, 40 cases were performed Burch coloposuspension. Results : Cure rate was 91.4% in the tension-free vaginal tape (TVT) group, 90% in the Burch colposuspension group. The mean operative time for TVT was 23.4 minutes and for Burch colposuspension was 47.2 minutes. The mean hospital stay in TVT was 1.8 days and in Burch colposupension was 5.2 days. The incidence and severity of postoperative complication is similar in both groups. Conclusion : The cure rates of TVT were comparable with Burch colposuspension in the surgical management of female genuine stress urinary incontinence. And the incidence and severity of postoperative complication is similar in both groups. Moreover TVT is simple procedure more than Burch colposuspension.
