        언택트 제품에 맞춤화된 개발 전략에 관한 연구 - 언택트 제품군의 명확한 구분, 분류를 중심으로 -

        연구배경 코로나 19의 범유행 현상으로 뉴노멀 시대에 대비한 언택트 서비스가 성장해가고 있다. 이에 소비자들은 비대면을 선호하고 언택트 제품에 대한 소비가 높아지고 있으나 언택트 제품에 대한 개념과 속성 범위가 다양해 언택트 제품에 대한 명확한 규정을 기반으로, 그 속성을 파악하여 차후 더욱 효과적인 제품 창출을 위한 개발 전략이 절실한 시점이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 언택트 시대에 제품과 사용자 간의 인터랙션 연구를 통해 언택트 제품에 대한 개념 정립과 이해를 도모하고, 이에 기반한 언택트 제품 개발 전략을 위한 시사점을 제시한다. 연구방법 본 연구는 첫째, 문헌 조사를 통해 사용자와 제품 간 인터랙션 단계 중 제품 사용성 단계를 통해 언택트 제품의 분류 가이드를 수입한다. 둘째, 도출된 가이드를 중심으로 코로나 이전과 이후 언택트가 고려된 제품의 사례 조사를 통해 나타나는 특징과 콘택트 대체 요인을분석한다. 셋째, 사례 조사를 통해 명확히 구분되는 제품군 각각에 대한 개발 전략을 제시한다. 연구결과 언택트 제품은 직·간접 사용을 대비한 제품과 무인화 서비스 구현을 위한 대체 제품 3가지로 분류되며, 직접 사용 제품은 가장 직관적인 사용성으로 코로나 19 이후 바이러스 전이를 대비한 제품들이 대부분이며, 다양한 적용의 한계를 보여 지속적 관찰과 연구가 요구되며, 간접 사용성 제품과 무인화 서비스 제품의 경우 기술과 제품의 융합 제품으로 사용성이 복잡한 한계를 보인다. 이에 본 연구는 코로나 19 이후 확대된 언택트 제품 개발 전략으로 가장 편리한 직관적 경험 규명을 위한 사전 모의 시뮬레이션 단계의 필요성, 직업, 연령군에 맞춤화된 직관적 경험 구축 필요성 등을 제안했고, 코로나 19 이전 확대된 언택트 제품 개발 전략으로, 기술의 사용 편리성을 성취하기 위한 자동화 기술 발전 방향성을 생산성 증대, 편익 정도의 극대화, 거버넌스 최소화를 통한 비용 절감, 기술적 복잡성을 극복하기 위한 가장 단순화된 도면을 창출하는 아이디어 섭렵을 제시했다. 결론 본 연구는 코로나 19가 장기화하며 언택트 산업이 발전할 것이라 관망하며, 현 언택트 제품의 동향을 파악하고 제품과 사람의 인터렉션 분석을 통해 언택트 제품에 대한 개념과 분류를 도출, 그 속성을 파악함으로써 구체적 기준과 구분에 따른 발전전략을 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다. Background The growth of untact services in preparation for the new normal era is continuing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, as consumers prefer non-face-to-face, consumption of untact products is increasing, but concepts and attributes for the products vary in scope, so that it is urgently needed to come up with a development strategy for creating more effective products in the future by identifying the attributes based on concrete rules for the products. So, this study aimed to not only establish and understand the concept of untact products, but also suggest implications for the development strategy of the products based on the concept through a study on the interaction between products and users in the untact era. Methods First, this study has established guidelines for untact product classification based on the product usability stage out of the user-product interaction stages through literature research. Second, centering on the derived guidelines, it has analyzed contact substitutes as well as the features found through a case study of untact products before and after the COVID-19 outbreak. Third, it has presented a development strategy for each product group clearly identified through the case study. Result untact products are classified into three types: products for direct and indirect use and substitute products for the implementation of unmanned services; most of the products for direct use are the ones that prepare for the spread of the virus after COVID-19 with the most intuitive usability, which have limitations with respect to various applications, so that they need to be continuously observed and studied; the products for indirect use and unmanned services, which combine technology and product, have limitations of complicated usability. Therefore, it has suggested the need for a pre-simulation stage to identify the most convenient intuitive experience, the need for building the intuitive experience customized for a variety of occupation and age groups, etc. as development strategies for untact products being expanded after the COVID-19 outbreak and moreover, it has presented searching for ideas to increase productivity and maximize benefits through the advancement of automation technology to achieve convenience in the use of technology, to reduce costs through governance minimization, and lastly to produce the most simplified drawings to overcome the technical complexity as development strategies for the untact products expanded before the outbreak of COVID-19. Conclusion With the expectation that the untact industry will develop further as the COVID-19 continues for a long time, it is meaningful in that it has presented development strategies according to specific standards and classifications by identifying the current trend of untact products and by deriving concepts and classifications for the products and identifying their attributes through an analysis on the interaction between products and users.

        뷰티산업 확산에 따른 ICT 뷰티디바이스 디자인속성을 위한 사용성 연구

        Background As modern society enters the smart era, interest in the beauty industry is increasing, and the term early beauty has emerged accordingly. As the beauty market expands, research on beauty device design has increased noticeably, but among them, specific qualitative and quantitative approaches to ICT beauty devices are insufficient. Each brand has different ICT beauty device design standards and has many problems in terms of usability, so it is set up as a research target for ICT beauty devices that are currently being released and aims to look at usability aspects. Methods In this paper, ICT beauty devices are divided by type and each type is compared and analyzed. We also derive five items: recognition, accuracy, intuition, accessibility, and efficiency through literature and surveys, product testing, and Likert scales. Results Five derived items were approached to analyze and interpret ICT beauty device usability factors. Subsequently, modifications and improvements were derived. Conclusion This study is meaningful in that it looked at usability factors in the latest ICT smart beauty devices. In studying next-generation beauty devices, research has analyzed that there will be future possibilities in providing services for beauty devices, and it is expected to contribute even a little bit.

        ICT를 활용한 영아용 스마트요람 제품 개발에 관한 연구

        Background Parents interest in premium baby products has increased due to the low birth rate society, and the baby products market continues to grow, but baby products sold as premium products often apply only material differences or structural changes, and do not directly affect parents' comfortable childcare and infant safety. The purpose of this study is to help parents with childcare and to propose a smart cradle that can care for the safe growth of infants. Methods By the literature survey, we investigated the characteristics of infants and the definition of cradle for infants and conducted a case study on the current status and characteristics of infant products to analyze their shape and structure. Later, based on patents, the functions that considered the safety and convenience of infant care were derived and analyzed. Based on prior analysis, the design and prototype were conducted, and the preference and improvement direction were consulted by experts and parents. Results Through experts and parents, we learned about practical design problems, structures and various factors to be considered and based on this, we were able to improve and supplement the product design. Conclusion This is a study of the development of smart cradle design for infants for parents' smart child care and infant safety, and is expected to help improve lifestyle and safe growth of infants due to smart child care in the future.
