본 연구는 간호대학생의 대학차원 스트레스와 임상차원 스트레스를 조사 연구하여 질적 간호교육을 통한 간호대학생의 스트레스 관리 전략에 기초 자료를 제공하기 위한 연구이다. 본 연구대상자들은 S시 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 간호학생 203명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 대학차원 스트레스의 평균은 5점 만점에 3.06점으로 나타났으며 대상자의 성별(t=6.55, p<.01)과 건강상태(t=4.11, p<.01)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 임상차원 스트레스의 평균은 5점 만점에 2.69점으로 나타났으며 대상자의 성별(t=18.18, p<.01)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구를 통하여 간호대학생의 스트레스수준과 정도를 확인할 수 있었으며, 궁극적으로 간호대학생의 스트레스를 줄이기 위한 중재전략을 제시할 수 있는 연구들이 진행될 필요성이 있다. This is a descriptive study that intended to provide basic data on nursing students stress management strategy in order to provide qualitative nursing education by examining college based stress and clinical based stress while assessing their correlation. Data were collected by questionnaires from 203 university nursing students in S city. The data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 18.0 program to compare demographic characteristics and college based stress and clinical based stress. The results are as follows. The mean score of college based stress was 3.06 points out of full 5. It was significantly different according to the score of gender(t=6.55, p<.01), subjective health(t=4.11, p<.01). The mean score of clinical based stress was 2.69 points out of full 5. It was significantly different according to the score of gender(t=18.18, p<.01). Such results are the re-confirmation of the seriousness of stress among the nursing students and in line with this, it is considered necessary to provide support on interventional strategy to reduce the nursing student's stress.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore what the core practical nursing course experience means to the nursing students. Methods: 15 nursing students participated in the study, and the data were analyzed on the basis of Colaizzi’s phenomenological methods. Results: It was analyzed that the impacts of the core practical nursing course on the nursing students were identified in the following 6 categories: pressure of learning what they have not encountered before, a gain in more knowledge, effective adaptation to practical training, a learning motive through encouragement and self-reflection, a gain in self-confidence, enhancing senses of belonging and comradeship. Conclusion: The result of this study will serve as the basic material for developing teaching methods and detailed strategies that will vitalize the core practical nursing course.
