빅데이터를 활용한 유방암 관련 요인 분석 : 신체활동의 역할을 중심으로

본 연구는 유방암 환자에 있어서 국민건강보험공단 자료내 주요하며 의미있는 항목들을 찾아내고 이를 활용하여 실질적인 운동중재 프로그램개발에 효과적인 정보제공을 하는데 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 건강보험공단 데이터베이스에 등록되어있는 235,741명의 여성으로부터 2102명의 유방암 환자를 21개의 유방암코드를 활용하여 찾아내었으며 통계법은 t-test, 로지스틱회귀분석, ROC분석을 이용하여 연구목적에 맞는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 연령이 낮을수록 유방암 발병에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며(p<0.01) 로지스틱회귀분석을 통해서는 비만과 간수치와 관련된 항목이 유방암 발병과 관련을 갖는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 적절한 신체 활동을 하지 못하는 경우에도 유방암의 발병을 증가시키는 요인으로 확인할 수 있었다(OR: 1.01–1.06) (p<0.05). 20분간의 고강도 운동을 1주일에 4일하는 것은 유방암의 발병에 관련이 있었다(p<0.05). 유방암의 대처를 위해 제어해야할 주요하며 의미있는 항목을 주의깊게 조절하는 것이 또 하나의 유방암을 관리하는데 도움이 될 것이며, 특히 이러한 항목들을 활용하여 개인 맞춤형 운동프로그램의 개발과 운동의 생활화를 유지하는 것이 보다 관리차원에서 중요하다 하겠다. This study aimed to identify the characteristics of breast cancer and use the National Health Insurance Sharing Service Data Base (NHISS DB) to search for significant risk parameters, to develop practical interventions by providing beneficial information. Breast cancer patients’ data (21 breast cancer codes-used 2102 patients from 235,741 registered women) from NHISS DB were used for t-test, logistic regression, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analyses. Younger individuals are commonly affected with breast cancer (p<0.01). In logistic regression analysis, obesity- and hepatic-related parameters were found to be associated with breast cancer (p<0.05). Physical disability was associated with increased incidence of breast cancer (OR: 1.01–1.06) (p<0.05). A 20-minute intensive exercise must be avoided 4 days per week to prevent the incidence of breast cancer (p<0.05). Controlling the significant parameters for the breast cancer is recommended by means of individualized optimal ways such as maintaining an adjusted exercise-centered lifestyle.

When the cement paste in concrete is exposed to high temperatures, the mechanical performance decreases due to a series of reactions inside the cement. In this study, we investigated the change of nanostructure of C3S when C3S was exposed to high temperature using pair distribution function (PDF) based on high energy X-ray scattering. As a result of X-ray diffraction, there was no significant difference when C3S was heated at 300℃, but most of Ca(OH)2 was decomposed into CaO at 500℃. In addition, it was confirmed that CaO is dominant in the nanostructure when C3S is heated to 500°C.

Recently, supplementary cementitious materials such as blast-furnace slag, fly ash and silica fume have been widely used as substitutes for cementitious materials. In this study, the deformation behavior of compressive loading of C<sub>3</sub>S paste with 50% fly ash was analyzed by X-ray scattering data and pair distribution function analysis. The obtained results were compared with 131-day-old pure C<sub>3</sub>S paste. The Ca(OH)<sub>2</sub> of the C<sub>3</sub>S-FA paste showed almost complete elastic behavior, consistent with the deformation behavior of the r-range of 20 to 40, and the C-S-H phase contributed to the range of PDF r-range of less than 20. In addition, C-S-H of C<sub>3</sub>S-FA showed greater deformation resistance than C<sub>3</sub>S paste.

When concrete is exposed to fire, the decomposition of Portland cement paste results in critical damage to the concrete structure of a building. However the recovery process of the damaged concrete structure has not yet been fully elucidated. In addition, research on appropriate additives such as carbon nanotube (CNT) and nanosilica has been increasing recently, however, investigation of CNT and nanosilica incorporated cement paste after decomposition of CNT by high temperature is not fully investigated. In this study, we investigated the physicochemical properties of CNT incorporated cement paste under different temperatures (200℃, 500℃ and 800℃). Also, the effects of different rehydration conditions (20℃ 60% RH and in water for different curing times) on the recovery of the paste were studied. The changes in tensile strength, surface observation of the specimens were characterized. In addition, the decomposition and formation of hydrates in the paste due to the heating process were studied using X-ray diffraction. The results showed that incorporation of nanosilica enhanced tensile strength after heating to each target temperatures.

To develop an effective shielding material for spent fuel that emits fast neutrons is necessary. In this study, thermal neutron and fast neutron shielding performance of polyethylene coated boron carbide-incorporated cement paste was quantitatively analyzed by Monte Carlo N-Particle transport code (MCNP) simulations. As the results of the simulations, fast neutrons were effectively shielded through large quantity of hydrogen and boron elements in polyethylene and boron carbide.
