그린콘텐츠가 적용된 테마파크 현황 분석 및 개선방안 연구

현대사회는 경제적 성장과 과학의 발달로 기업 및 대중들의 사회적인 공공성을 추구하는 움직임이 활발해지면서 부가가치 창출력과 산업파급 효과가 큰 그린콘텐츠의 개념이 등장하게 되었다. 그 중 테마파크는 그린콘텐츠를 활용하여 친환경적인 요소가 주는 즐거움과 체험을 결합시켜 보다 효율적으로 방문객들에게 환경에 대한 인식 및 중요성을 느끼게 해줄 수 있는 공간적 특성을 지닌 공간이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 그린콘텐츠의 개발원칙과 방향을 제시하여 향후 테마파크 내 그린콘텐츠 계획시 기초적 자료로 제공하는 것을 목적으로 테마파크에서의 그린콘텐츠 표현 특성 및 상관성을 고찰하고 이를 통해 현황분석을 위한 틀을 설정하였다. 분석틀을 토대로 국내의 대표적 테마파크 3곳을 대상지로 선정하고, 적용된 그린콘텐츠 현황을 체험, 경관, 먹거리,소비 영역별로 비교 및 분석하였다. 분석결과, 대부분의 영역이 개발 테마 및 컨셉에만 국한되어 그린콘텐츠가 적용되어 있으며 재료 및 개발방식에는 적용이 이루어지지 않고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 체험, 경관영역이 먹거리, 소비영역에 비해 비교적 그린콘텐츠 적용이 강하게 나타나는 것으로 분석되었으며, 이 결과를 토대로 각 영역에 따른 그린콘텐츠 적용 개선방안을 제시하였다. In modern society, with economic growth and an advance in science, as companies" and the public"s movement of pursuing social publicity become more active, the concept of green contents, which have a great power of creating added value and a ripple effect on industries, emerged. Especially, theme park is a space with a spatial characteristic that more efficiently enables visitors to recognize the environment and feel its importance, by combining the pleasure provided by environment-friendly elements with an experience, using green contents. Thus, aiming to present principles and directions of green contents development and provide basic data in planning green contents in theme parks in the future, this study discussed the expressive characteristics of green contents in theme parks and interrelationships and set up a framework for an analysis of the present conditions through this. Based on the framework of the analysis, this study selected three representative theme parks in South Korea as subjects and compared and analyzed the present conditions of the green contents applied, for each of the domains of experience, scenery, food and consumption. As a result of the analysis, it was found that, in most of the domains, the application of green contents was limited to the themes and concepts of development, while they were not applied to materials and the methods of development. In addition, the analysis showed that the domains of experience and scenery showed a relatively stronger application of green contents than the domains of food and consumption, and based on this result, this study presented a plan for improving the application of green contents.

웨딩산업을 활용한 석모도 관광단지 연구 : 농촌개발 환경디자인 개선방안을 중심으로

디자인의 주요 컨셉은 차별화된 웨딩브랜드를 통해 축복받은 뜻이란 Blessed Island로 설정하였으며, 지역 고유 자원인 온천수를 활용하여 웨딩과 스파를 결합한 복합휴양 리조트로 디자인하였다. 주요 공간계획은 문화체험공간, 숙박휴양공간, 상업 및 휴식공간과 편의지원시설로 구분하여 공간별 주요 활동계획과 도입시설을 선정하였다. 공간계획 및 시설물 계획은 주동선과 보조동선을 고려한 체험의 경로에 적합하게 해안입지형과 숲 위요형으로 구분하여 공간계획을 수립하였다. 또한 주말 및 주중 이용객을 위한 공간 및 이용프로그램의 계획과 지역경제 활성화 프로그램, 주변기관과의 연계 프로그램을 통해 사업의 효과를 극대화하고자 하였다. 대상지는 현재 접근성은 좋지 못하나 향후 강화도와 석모들 연결하는 교량이 설치되는 기회요인과 인천국제공항을 출 입국하는 관광객들의 적극 유치하는 마케팅 프로그램을 개발한다면 여러 가지 제약요인에도 불구하고 그 동안의 농촌개발과는 차별화되고 특화된 계획으로서의 시사점과 연구의 의의를 가진다고 볼 수 있다.
