This research developed a program that can evaluate by integrating environment of building and analysis result of economic efficiency. The developed program is composed of LCA which evaluates the environment efficiency of buildings. LCC which evaluates the economic efficiency and BTCA which evaluates by integrating these results. It provides LCA, LCC functional unit database of the total 1,366 materials so that users can evaluate with a simple design summary in the beginning of design. Also, through entering information by users, it makes possible to perform an environment assessment for buildings in detail. The development of this program is very helpful for the collection and analysis of information for assessment. and also the systematization of results.

This study evaluated the environmental effect indwelling in an apartment by executing LCA for building materials inputted into a domestic apartment, and selected major materials by analyzing the inputted material change rate in various apartments. This study presented the methodology that can have a similar result to the environmental effect assessment of all materials by using only the finally selected major materials. For this study, a total of 274 apartment houses in 27 apartment house complexes were analyzed to select 27 kinds of major materials as its result. The average environmental effect in 274 apartment houses was analyzed to be 3.58E-02pe yr per unit area(/㎡), and as a result of environmental effect assessment using 27 kinds of major materials, the average error rate from the actual result was 4.9%.

The goal of this research is to develop the integrated cooling & ventilation system for super high-rise dwellings. To conform the performance of the ventilation system with cooling such as mock-up test were conducted. The results of this study can be summarized as followings; According to the mock-up test, the integrated cooling & ventilation system showed that the volume of ventilation, the temperature & humidity of cooling is satisfied with standard. A proper design proposals of the integrated cooling & ventilation system including hybrid ventilation are suggested.
