이진 PSO를 이용한 Multiple Bad Data 검출에 관한 연구

The identification of multiple bad data, especially when mutually interacting, may be difficult to handle, since the well known procedures based on the normalized or weighted residuals may become faulty. In such a case, successive elimination of the measurement with the largest normalized residual may result in the suppression of correct measurements instead of the bad data. Then the problem of identifying bad data is considered as a combinatorial decision procedure. In this paper, binary PSO is used for the identification of multiple bad data in the power system state estimation. The proposed binary PSO based procedures behave satisfactorily in the identifying multiple bad data. The test is carried out with reference to the IEEE-14 bus system.
NARX 신경망을 이용한 동·하계 단기부하예측에 관한 연구

In this study the NARX was proposed as a novel approach to forecast electric load more accurately. The NARX model is a recurrent dynamic network. ISO-NewEngland dataset was employed to evaluate and validate the proposed approach. Obtained results were compared with NAR network and some other popular statistical methods. This study showed that the proposed approach can be applied to forecast electric load and NARX has high potential to be utilized in modeling dynamic systems effectively.

In this study the error correction algorithm base Radial Basis Function network was proposed as a novel approach to forecast daily peak electric load more accurately. 2014-2016 KOREA dataset was employed to evaluate and validate the proposed approach. Obtained results were compared with feedforward network. This study showed that the proposed approach can be applied to forecast daily peak electric load effectively.

In power systems, the state estimation takes an important role in security control. At present, the weighted least squares(WLS) method has been widely used to the state estimation computation. This paper presents an application of Adaptive Evolutionary Algorithm(AEA) to slate estimation in power systems. AEA is a optimization method to overcome the problems of classical optimization. AEA is employed to solve state estimation on the 6 bus system.

This paper presents the application of Adaptive Evolutionary Algorithm (AEA) to search an optimal setting of overcurrent relay coordination to protect ring distribution systems. The AEA takes the merits of both a genetic algorithm (GA) and an evolution strategy (ES) in an adaptive manner to use the global search capability of GA and the local search capability of ES. The overcurrent relay settings and coordination requirements are formulated into a set of constraint equations and an objective function is developed to manage the overcurrent relay settings by the Time Coordination Method. The domain of overcurrent relays coordination for the ring-fed distribution systems is a non-linear system with a lot of local optimum points and a highly constrained optimization problem. Thus conventional methods fail in searching for the global optimum. AEA is employed to search for the optimum relay settings with maximum satisfaction of coordination constraints. The simulation results show that the proposed method can optimize the overcurrent relay settings, reduce relay mis-coordinated operations, and find better optimal overcurrent relay settings than the present available methods.

This paper presents OC relay coordination to protect distribution system by Adaptive Evolutionary Algorithm(AEA). AEA is a optimization method to overcome the problems of classical optimization. The results show that the proposed method can improve more optimum relay settings than present available methods.
