라이프스타일 분석을 통한 가변형 공동주택 계획에 관한 연구

The purpose of the present study is to search an alternative plan of near future apartment houses by analyzing contemporary social phenomena and life style. The reason that the transition speed of housing culture is slow and its transition width is not large is because housing is directly and primarily related to our lives. The apartment, which is a typical form of contemporary housing, made a social problem that provides uniform housing space. However, it is being continuously mass-produced due to its many advantages and the improvement of life quality tends to be very slow and negative. Although many housing alternative plans corresponding to these problems and social change are being researched currently, it is a general reality that the problem of physical housing environment itself is directly improved or fanciful approach due to romantic thought is tried. Thus, the present study recognizes importance of housing in our lives and predicts near future life style based on diverse analyses of the present life style and social phenomena. And an alternative plan of near future apartments through transition was suggested as analysing of shortage and limits appeared in the flexible housing.
Dual-Gate FET구조를 이용한 Concurrent 이중 대역 주파수 혼합기 설계 연구

본 논문은 Local oscillator의 2차 harmonic 신호를 이용하고 Dual gate FET 형태를 이용한 이중대역 주파수 혼합기 설계에 대한 연구 이다. 기존의 회로 구조는 두 대역을 처리하기 위해 각각 두 개의 국부 발진기와 혼합기를 사용함으로 인하여 구조의 복잡함과 큰 전력 손실이라는 단점을 가지고 있었다. 본 연구는 하나의 주파수 혼합기로 두 개의 대역에서 동시에 적용할 수 있는 Concurrent 이중 대역 설계 연구를 하였다. ISM(Industrial Science Medical) 대역인 912㎒, 2.45㎓의 RF 입력과 455.5㎒, 1224.5㎒의 LO 입력 신호에서 동일한 IF인 1㎒로 하향변환 했을 때 모의실험 결과 변환이득은 각각 7㏈, 12㏈로 이고 RF-LO 격리도는 -29㏈, -24.7㏈가 나왔다. 또한 두 입력 단에서의 반사손실의 -15㏈ 이상을 얻었다. 또한 각각의 대역에서 잡음지수는 8.5㏈, 6.26㏈이다.
고효율 마이크로파 무선 전력 수신 집적회로 설계 및 구현

Wireless power transmission technology has been studied variety. Recently, wireless power transmission technology used by resonance and magnetic induction field is applied to various fields. However, magnetic resonance and inductive coupling are have drawbacks - power transmission distance is short. Microwave transmission and accept techniques have been developed to overcome short distance. However, improvement in efficiency is required. This paper, propose a high-efficiency microwave energy acceptor IC(EAIC). Suggested EAIC is consists of RF-DC converter and DC-DC converter. Wide Input power range is -15 dBm ∼ 20 dBm. And output voltage is boosted up to 5.5 V by voltage boost-up circuit. EAIC can keep the output voltage constant. Available efficiency of RF-DC converter is 95.5 % at 4 dBm input. And DC-DC efficiency is 94.79 % at 1.1 mA load current. Fully EAIC efficiency is 90.5 %.
On-Chip 나선형 인덕터의 품질계수 향상을 통한 저잡음 RF 전치부 설계

In the paper, we confirmed improvement Noise figure of the entire RF front-end using spiral inductor with PGS(Patterned Ground Shield) and current bleeding techniques. LNA design is to achieve simultaneous noise and input matching. Spiral inductor in input circuit of LNA inserted PGS for betterment of Q-factor. we modeling inductor using EM simulator, so compared with inductor of TSMC 0.18㎛. We designed and simulation the optimum structure of PGS using Taguchi's method. We confirmed enhancement of noise figure at LNA after substituted for inductor with PGS. Mixer designed using current bleeding techniques for reduced noise. We designed LNA using inductor with PGS and Mixer using current bleeding techniques, so confirmed improvement of noise figure.
