This paper propose a development of surface permanent mount synchronous generator(SPMSG) for 5-phase 5Kw in order to study a polyphase ac machinery that keep hold of advantages more than traditional three-phase squirrel-cage induction motor, such as reducing a amplitude of torque pulsation decreasing electric noises, and increasing the reliability. Design methods of the generator use a development tools with Maxwell 2D and Simplorer. There are designed drawing of manufactured frames of the SPMSG. A amplitude and waveform of the generated electromotive force, FFT analysis of harmonics within output voltages, and reviewing a experiment results are shown by variable output frequency. We are presenting a design and manufacture methods for the SPMSG

The developed manufacturing motor was necessary to do improvement of voltage regulation, efficiency, operating characteristics, and so on at the rated load. There are remake a redesigned and distributed stator winding connection without changing the frames of stator and rotor core in previous established generator by a repeat tests. There are shown a amplitude and waveform of the generated electromotive force, FFT analysis of harmonics within output voltages, and reviewing a experiment results in load of resistive and 5-phase induction motor by variable generator output frequency.

There are shown a amplitude and waveform of the generated electromotive force, in FFT analysis of harmonics, within output voltages, and reviewing a experiment results in no-load test, resistive load, and inductive load using 5-phase induction motor by variable output frequency. The operating characteristics of the developed manufacturing generator include voltage regulation, efficiency, power factor, THD, and so on at rated load.

본 논문은 진공흡착방식과 바퀴형 이동방식을 이용한 벽면이동형 지능로봇의 구현에 관한 연구로서, 대형 구조물의 검사 및 위험한 시설물의 보수 작업등에 사람을 대신하여 활용하는데 그 목적이 있다. 로봇의 무게에 따른 중력을 견딜수 있도록 강력한 진공흡착방식을 고안하여 불규칙한 벽면재질에도 견딜 수 있도록 설계하였으며, 바퀴형 이동방식을 택하여 이동을 위한 구조가 단순하고 제어 능력이 뛰어나다. 또한 환경 감지용 센서와 시각정보를 관리자와 통신을 통해 교환할 수 있도록 하여 지능능력과 활용성을 갖추도록 하였다.

The developed manufacturing motor was necessary to do improvement of speed regulation, efficiency, operating characteristics, and so on at rated load. There are remake a redesigned and distributed stator winding connection without changing the frames of stator and rotor core in previous established the motor by a repeat tests. There are shown a experiments results of no-load test, locked rotor test, operating characteristics at variable load, FFT analysis of harmonics within output voltages and current waveform, decided motor parameters.
