조선업에서 사무직과 생산직 근로자의 직무스트레스 평가에 관한 연구

In recent years, Korea``s shipbuilding industry have expanded its business into offshore plant. These changes are increasing the interest on job stress in shipbuilding industry. The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences of job stressors between white and blue-collar workers. The survey was using Korean Occupational Stress Scale(KOSS) questionnaire and was administered to 8,080 workers of large shipyard company. As a result of the survey, compared with the median score of Korean workers, job stress level of shipyard company workers was low. However, seven categories of KOSS, except for job demand showed higher stress levels of blue-collar workers than white-collar workers. The overall stress level of shipyard company workers is low, however, it is important to find stressors by considering the type of work, working period etc., through a detailed analysis of KOSS 8-categories. The results of this study may be helpful to identify the level of stress and to establish preventive measures in Shipyard Company.
임베디드 환경에서의 딥 러닝 (Deep Learning) 기반 실시간 성별 인식

사물 인터넷(IoT)의 확산에 따라 기계가 사용자의 정보를 인식하는 일이 매우 중요해졌다. 그 중에서도 성별은 사용자의 특징을 판단하는 결정적인 요소 중 하나이다. 하지만 아직 성별 인식에 관련된 연구는 여전히 도전적이며 향상시킬 부분이 많이 남아있다. 본 논문에서는 deep-convolutional neural network (DCNN)를 이용하여 높은 성능을 갖는 성별 인식 네트워크를 제안하며, 이를 모바일 GPU 보드에 임베디드 포팅(porting)하여 실시간 성별인식 시스템을 구성한 뒤, PC 환경과 모바일 GPU 환경에서 제안하는 시스템의 성능을 비교, 분석한다.

While IoT (Internet of Things) industry has been spreading, it becomes very important for object to recognize user`s information by itself without any control. Above all, gender (male, female) is dominant factor to analyze user`s information on account of social and biological difference between male and female. However since each gender consists of diverse face feature, face-based gender classification research is still in challengeable research field. Also to apply gender classification system to IoT, size of device should be reduced and device should be operated with low power. Consequently, To port the function that can classify gender in real-world, this paper contributes two things. The first one is new gender classification algorithm based on deep learning and the second one is to implement real-time gender classification system in embedded board operated by low power. In our experiment, we measured frame per second for gender classification processing and power consumption in PC circumstance and mobile GPU circumstance. Therefore we verified that gender classification system based on deep learning works well with low power in mobile GPU circumstance comparing to in PC circumstance.

Our Daily Driving condition can be divided two conditions one is steady state and the other is transient. Look at our real life driving. How many steady state driving conditions occur? There is no one can answer definitely. Most our driving conditions are transient driving in point of view by change of accelerations. But up to now vehicle dynamics simulation and test were tend to focus on steady state handling performance, So we often met difficulties in correlation steady state handling performance prediction vs. subjective driving evaluation result. To reduce this gap, we focused on transient handling Simulation and Vehicle evaluation. Hence we wrote this paper. Transients are influenced by many suspension parameters. In this paper, we select one parameter only ? Jounce bumper and we are going to discuss this part only. This paper was summarized transient handling improvement history by tuning jounce bumper stiffness and length. First all we establish evaluation guide line for what, How evaluate on transient handling conditions. And Through benchmarking test, we compared suspension performance of recent vehicles. Especially we focus on jounce bumper and we selected best in segment vehicle and we targeted that vehicle for new development vehicle. Jounce bumper tuning sample were used improve transient handling by subjective and objective test, Evaluation. So we can see potential of transient handling improvement by jounce bumper which use prevent impact force of suspension.

This paper aims to explain the steering characteristics by changing local body stiffness. It is well know that body characteristics affect the quality of the dynamics of vehicles, such as handling performance, ride comfort and noise and vibration. This study focuses on the steering performance by changing local body stiffness since the steering characteristics are much affected by local body stiffness. In order to define local body stiffness effect, strut bar and reinforce shock tower are used for objective and subjective evaluation. The on-center handling test was conducted and good correlation was obtained between objective on center handling and subjective evaluation. With the study of on center handling test for local body stiffness, this paper explains the local body stiffness factor for enhancing steering performance.
