전자제어 Motorcycle Engine을 컨트롤하기 위한 제어 Algorithm 분석

We have developed carburetors to control motorcycle engines for many years, but the fuel economy and the emissions of those engines have not been good. So, it is significance to develope a ECU system for small gasoline engine to be used on the motorcycle. An ECU with 16bit microprocessor has been developed and used to control a motorcycle engine. In this paper, we studied about control algorithm of motorcycle engine to supply to a real one. This system is consisting of hardware and software for more precise control on fuel injection, ignition, timing, and idle speed.

The horizontal thermal storage tank with heat pipe which is suitable for the sensible heat storage system is able to store a hot water from the heat source such as heating pad efficiently and to supple a hot water to load rapidly. Generally the buoyancy is generated around the heating pad in the horizontal thermal torage tank with heat pipe because of the difference between the lower density of water around the heating pad and the higher density of the storage water. As a result, following conclusion have been obtained through this study. For the case of concentration-type of heating pad, strong intermediate region take place in horizontal thermal storage tank with heat pipe by active heat transfer. So, the more rapid temperature raise difference(about ∆ T=1.6∼3.2℃) is obtainable on the concentration-type than dispersion-type.
