        경북 영주 도심지 발생 말벌류의 종구성 및 계절발생 패턴 연구

        There is an increasing threat from Vespa wasps in agricultural and socioeconomic level as well. To determine the species composition and seasonal pattern of Vespa hornets in the small city residential area, whole year monitoring activity was conducted with help of citizen scientists involved. In Youngju residential area of Gyoungbuk province in Korea, V. crabro and V. ducalis were dominant followed by V. analis and V. mandarinia. Overwintered queens emerged and were traped from early May until mid June followed by the workers from mid July with the peak activities in the late September in 2014. Population of an invasive alien species of V. velutina seemed low in the study area but the relative abundance increased late of the season. Landscape features such as the size of woodland and green area are positively correlated with the number of Vespa caught in the traps. Seasonal patterns of 119 call for removing vespa hornets from the fire station reflected the phenology of the vespa populations in the urban area. Higher frequencies of 119 call from the house and school where young children would be densely populated imply that special care program should be adopted to mitigate the possible human health risks, supported by the longterm educational efforts of biodiversity appreciation. Further challenges exist in the climate change era with the favored condition for the IAS such as V. velutina.

        대학생의 내현적 자기애와 사회불안의 관계에서 자기자비에 대한 매개효과 연구

        본 연구는 대학생의 내현적 자기애와 사회불안과의 관계에서 자기자비의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 2021년 3월 20일부터 4월 25일까지 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 384명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식, Sobel test 등의 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학생의 내현적 자기애, 사회불안, 내현적 자기애가 모두 구조적 영향 관계가 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 대학생의 사회불안 수준을 감소시키기 위해서는 내현적 자기애 성향이 높은 대학생들을 대상으로 자기자비 수준을 높이는 상담을 진행하는 것이 필요함을 시사하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of self-compassion on the relationship between covert narcissism and social anxiety in university students. For this study, the researcher conducted a survey of 384 university students in the universities of South Korea across the country over the period from Oct. 20 to Nov. 25, 2021. The results of this study verified that implicit narcissism, social anxiety, and covert narcissism in university students all had a structural influence. The findings of this study suggest that, in order to reduce the level of social anxiety among university students, counseling should be given to the university students with a higher tendency of covert narcissism to enhance the level of their self-compassion.

        미래 기후 환경에서 꿀벌응애 개체군 동태 모의연구

        Varroa mite, Varroa destructor is one of the most serious threats of honeybee health. Over the decades, its population size and subsequent damage to beekeeping industry are growing in Korea and over the world, corresponding to climate change. Future climate data were analyzed for the suitability to honeybee and varroa mite. Increase of temperature favored honeybee population buildup but many of extreme climatic factors during summer could negatively affect the honeybee health. Under the future climate, varroa population could become 135% bigger requiring 1~3 times more suppression by beekeepers on th threshold of 5% mite infestation to adult bees. Even with the advance of spring, varroa populations during spring season would not be different mainly because of early season treatment. However late season population sizes could be 10 times bigger rendering once more control. In the future, preventive or precautionary approach would be favored for varroa mite management rather than ad hoc control approach. Also, sensitivity analysis on the parameters could open the direction of further research.

        형태적 근거에 따른 국내 서식 중국가시응애 학명 Tropilaelaps mercedesae Anderson and Morgan, 2007 (Acari: Laelapidae) 변경

        Mites in the genus Tropilaelaps are parasitic to honeybees. Based on the morphological, genetic (mtDNA COI and nuclear ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 gene sequence) and host association information, Anderson and Morgan (2007) redefined the Tropilaelaps mites into four species: Tropilaelaps clareae, T. koenigerum, T. thaii and T. mercedesae. Most common and economically important species to Apis mellifera and A. cerana in the mainland Asia was defined as T. mercedesae. Here, we provide the morphological evidences that the Tropilaelaps mite parasitic to A. mellifera in Korea is T. mercedesae. Next study is to confirm the genetic structure and the homogeneity of the species distribution on A. mellifera and A. cerana. This study could help to count-adapt the emerging threat of the species relative to the climate change to apiculture and to revise the quarantine protocols for possible honeybee trade.

        국내 적응형 꿀벌응애 개체군 동태 모델 개발을 위한 기반 연구

        Modeling the complex system often provide better understanding of the behavior of the system given that parameters for the modeling are appropriate. The honeybee mite, Varroa destructor Anderson and Trueman, is one of the most serious pests of honeybees in Korea. Even with vast amount of ecological information of this parasite and its host, Apis mellifera, in the world, limited information is available in Korean environment. This paper provides some basic framework of the varroa mite population dynamics modified from published works in western world to adapt to Korean beekeeping environment. Overall population growth rate was in agreement to those previous published. However the detail behavior was quite different mainly because of splitting honeybee colony during the summer season. Although this framework provide reasonable, logical theoretical linkage to varroa mite population growth, implementation of the results provided from this model is not appreciated mainly because this paper is intended to show the basic framework, not the simulated results. Thus, further incorporation of realistic parameters from honey bee and its parasites in Korean environment would provide better insight of the population behavior and management options. Also, research gaps which need to be filled are further discussed.

        오류주입을 이용한 DSA 서명 알고리즘 공격 및 대응책

        국제 표준 디지털 서명 알고리즘인 DSA(Digital Signature Algorithm)는 이산 대수 문제에 기반하여 이론적 안전성을 보장하지만 최근 서명 시스템 구동시 오류가 주입되면 디바이스 내부에 있는 비밀키를 노출시킬 수 있는 물리적 공격이 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 Bao 등이 제시한 DSA의 비밀키 비트에 오류를 주입하는 오류 공격법을 소개하고, 서명에 사용되는 랜덤 수에 오류를 주입하는 새로운 공격 모델을 제안한다. 또한, 오류 확산 기법을 이용하 여 두 가지 오류주입 공격을 모두 방어할 수 있는 대응책을 제시하고 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 안전성과 효율성을 검증한다. The international standard signature algorithm DSA has been guaranteed its security based on discrete logarithm problem. Recently, the DSA was known to be vulnerable to some fault analysis attacks in which the secret key stored inside of the device can be extracted by occurring some faults when the device performs signature algorithm. After analyzing an existing fault attack presented by Bao et al., this paper proposed a new fault analysis attack by disturbing the random number. Furthermore, we presented a countermeasure to compute DSA signature that has its immunity in the two types of fault attacks. The security and efficiency of the proposed countermeasure were verified by computer simulations.

        합성 꿀벌유충페로몬의 성분 구명과 서양종꿀벌 봉군에 미치는 영향에 대한 기초연구

        The chemical composition of synthetic honeybee brood pheromone was determined using GC/MS. Among 10 known fatty acids, eight chemicals were detected but two were not. Also two unreported chemicals were detected, but the function and origin is not clear. When the synthetic brood pheromone was treated, the colony weight increase was higher in treatment in the initial two week period. At 10th week, the colony weight was higher but not significant. Colony survival in treatment was higher. Even without statistical significance, honey yield was higher in treatment relative to the untreated control. Further study is requested for the possibility to utilize the synthetic brood pheromone in commercial apicultural environment for better protection and production of honeybee.

        합성 꿀벌유충페로몬 처리가 서양종꿀벌(Apis mellifera L.) 먹이활동에 미치는 영향

        Honeybee brood pheromone is the chemical substance which induce the physiological, developmental manipulation of the honeybee produced by the larvae of honeybee. A blend of ten fatty acid esters found on the cuticle of young honeybee larvae are now synthetically produced by commercial company. We tested the commercial materials on honeybee foraging behavior. Bee receiving brood pheromone collected more pollen than bees without brood pheromone treatments. Also honeybee coloney with brood pheromone treatment survived better than the hives without brood pheromone in the food scarce environment. The same patterns were found in the honey storage. Thus we propose that honeybee brood pheromone could be utilized for better production of honeybee colony as well as honeybee service such as pollination of the crops.
