This paper presents the measurement of ground thermal conductivity and the characteristics of ground thermal diffusion by a ground heat exchanger(GHE). A borehole is installed to a depth of 175 m with a diameter of 150 ㎜. To analyze the thermal diffusion property of the GHE, thermocouples are installed under the ground near the GHE. The outdoor temperature, the ground temperature, and the water temperature of the GHE are monitored for evaluating the characteristics of ground thermal diffusion. The ground thermal conductivity is evaluated by the in-situ thermal response tester and the line source model. It is found to be 3.08 W /m℃ in this study. The ground temperature is greatly dependent on the outdoor temperature from the ground surface to 2.5 m in depth and is stable below 10m in depth. The surface temperature of the GHE varies as a function of the temperature of circulating water. But the ground temperature at 1.5 m far from the GHE is not changed in accordance with the temperature of circulating water.

Recently Vehicle"s black box for analysis of the accident, mainly the camera images are stored. But on issues such as sudden unintended acceleration type are insufficient for analysis. Because of the information collected by various sensors on the basis of analysis will be available is a vehicle accident. In this paper from inside the vehicle to get the basic information to monitor and collect data for the analysis of vehicle accidents caused by internal defects can be to build a system. This paper is using the TCP/IP communication measured of the vehicle. And remote communication using the stored vehicles were able to store data on a sever.

Recently the design of vane pumps are compact is consisting much. In order to control excess inflow in lubrication a relief valve has attached with constant capacity vane pump, while out flow being proportional to engine rpm varies accordingly. But during high engine speed lubricant flows in excess and due to high engine torque, fuel efficiency is worsened. Therefore, the design considerations are to develop, analysis, layout, method of exam and construction method of a variable capacity type vane pump to obtain high effectiveness, high fuel efficiency as well as to reduce noise. It is last target to shorten design period and apply to engine as that developed by a vane pump. This paper describes the development procedure of a cam ring rotation type variable discharge vane pump for engine lubrication, develop automatism program, prototype production and verify performance.

This paper presents the performance of a water-to-refrigerant type ground source heat pump (GSHP) system installed in a school building in Korea. For analyzing the performance of the GSHP system, we monitored various operating conditions, including the outdoor temperature, the ground temperature, and the input power of the GSHP system. The average cooling coefficient of performance (COP) of the heat pump was found to be 8.5 at 60% partial load condition, while the overall system COP was found to be 5.9. The average heating COP of the heat pump was found to be 6.5 at 45% partial load condition, while the overall system COP was found to be 5.0.

부산대 Green Campus 현황 및 지열원 냉난방시스템 실증평가

최근 기후변화협약과 친환경 및 고유가에 대비하기 위해 전 세계적으로 신재생에너지의 활용, 보급 및 실용화에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며, 현재 우리나라의 에너지 정책방향도 저탄소 녹색성장을 신성장동력의 핵심축으로 추진되고 있다. 부산대학교는 신재생에너지인 지열, 태양광 및 태양열시스템을 도입하여 Green Energy Campus를 구축하였으며, 현재 부산대학교의 캠퍼스와 병원건물 9개동에 지열원 냉난방시스템 1,665 RT, 태양광 100 ㎾ 및 태양열 800 ㎡이 설치되어 있다. 또한 부산대학교 교수연구동 건물에는 지열원 냉난방시스템을 설치하여 실사용 환경에서 냉난방성능을 평가하고 시스템 운전에 따른 지중 온도변화를 측정 및 분석하고 있다. 지열원 냉난방시스템의 용량은 90 RT, 지중열교환기는 수직 밀폐형으로 보어홀은 24개이며 깊이는 175 m이다. 본 연구에서는 지열원 냉난방시스템의 성능 및 지중 온도 변화 특성을 분석하기 위해 냉난방시스템의 소비전력, 냉난방 부하 및 지중온도 동의 데이터를 측정하였다. 2007년 2월부터 가동하여 약 2년 동안 데이터를 측정하고 분석한 결과 지중온도는 지표면 아래 2.5 m 지점에서는 외기 온도에 따라 변화가 크지만 지표면 아래 10 m 이하 지점에서는 온도 변화가 안정적이었다. 지열원 냉난방시스템의 성능은 냉방에서는 시스템 전체의 평균 냉방 COP는 5.9(60% 부분부하)로 나타났으며, 난방에서는 시스템 전체의 평균 난방 COP는 5.0(45% 부분부하)으로 나타났다.

Finned-tube heat exchangers are often made with aluminum fins and copper tubes. Usually the contact between fin collar and tube surface for finned tube heat exchanger is secured by mechanical expansion of the tubes. The objective of the present study is to apprehend how much effect clearance has on the performance of heat exchanger. This effect is studied using an experimental approach. The thermal fluid measurements are made using a psychometric calorimeter. Frontal air velocity varies in the range from 1.0m/s to 3.0 ㎧. The heat transfer rate of sample which has bigger clearance is only 27% compare with the other’s in dry condition. In wet condition, its heat transfer rate is 78% compare with the other’s.
