Among emission gases, a Diesel Particulate Filter(DPF) to reduce PM, while a Diesel Oxidation Catalyst(DOC) or NH3-SCR using Urea for reduction fo NOx, are heavily studied around the world for commercial application. Moreover, to meet values of the strict regulations, a combination of emission reduction devices are required. One-dimensional DOC, DPF and SCR models in regard to NO<SUB>x</SUB> and PM reductions by NH3-SCR and NO-NO₂ conversion by oxidation catalyst incorporates essential individual physics. A series of numerical experiments were carried out and parametric analysis of the NO<SUB>x</SUB> and PM reductions was conducted. The models were validated with extensive empirical data regarding reduction efficiency. NO<SUB>x</SUB> conversion is a weak function of the flowrate at higher temperature. The NO<SUB>x</SUB> reduction depends on NO/NO₂ ratio at temperatures lower than 300℃.
