수학과 교육과정의 변화에 따른 초등학교 3,4학년 교과서의 수학적 모델링 관련 제시 방법 분석

본 연구는 수학과 교육과정의 변화에 따라서 초등학교 3,4학년 수학교과서의 수학적 모델 링 관련 제시 방법을 분석하고, 수학적 모델링 관점에서 교과서 개발의 방향을 제시하는 것 을 목적으로 하였다. 분석의 틀은 김민경(2010)이 수학적 모델링 관점에서 제시한 Mathematics in Context[MiC]와 우리나라 초등수학교과서의 분석 기준을 예비조사를 통해 적용한 후, 수정·보완하여 우리나라 교과서에 대한 분석 기준으로 사용하였다. 연구 결과 7 차 교육과정에서 2009 개정 교육과정에 의한 수학교과서로 변화하면서 수학적 모델링의 관 점에서 볼 때, 실세계 맥락의 상황 제시는 ≪확률과통계≫를 제외한 모든 영역에서 증가하였 고, 수학적 모델의 표현 방법은 ≪규칙성≫을 제외한 전 영역에서 표현 방법이 다양해졌으 며, 의사소통에 있어서는 ≪규칙성≫영역을 제외한 모든 영역에서 유형이 다양화되고 빈도가 증가하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 교과서 개발에서 고려해야 할 부분을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the sentences related with mathema tical modeling in the third and fourth grade mathematics textbooks in accordanc e with changing of Korean mathematics curricula. In the preliminary analysis, th e researchers used the criteria that Kim(2010) had analyzed Mathematics in Con text[MiC], and analyzed South Korean textbooks from the perspective of mathe matical modeling. The researchers revised them for the analysis criteria among South Korean elementary mathematics textbooks and employed them as the anal ysis framework of the present study. From the mathematical modeling perspecti ve, the study reached the following conclusions in accordance with the change o f textbooks from the 7th curriculum to the 2009 revised curriculum. The context s of real-world situations presented in the textbooks are increased in all areas e xcept Probability and Statistics areas, the methods of expression of mathematica l model are diversified in all areas except Patterns area, and the communication types are also diversified and frequencies increased in all areas except Patterns area. Based on this research, several suggestions were made for the developmen t of future textbooks.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of STEAM program applied the practical personality education on STEAM Attitudes and Practical Personalities for 4,5,6th graders. In this study, we presented the development of the STEAM program and the operating results of the program for making mature student who can properly use the knowledge, beyond the pre-emphasized creativity and changes in individual attitudes. we administered and taught STEAM program applied the practical personality education to 4,5,6th graders, which consisted of 6 topics. In the results of this study, STEAM program applied the practical personality education were statistically proven to be more effective in improving STEAM Attitudes and Practical Personalities compared to traditional textbook- centered lessons. Also, We could find these responses on student`s learning results and reviews. Along with the more detailed research, STEAM program should be emphasized personality. And real life material should be included in the STEAM program.
