TECA (Terminal Cabin), the terminal device which offers the information to the driver about the condition of High Speed Train(KTX), analyzes the system of train and plays a role of corrective maintenance guideline to a driver when a breakdown occurs. It also supports the driver to decide the situation of the train by offering a necessary information, in communicating with MPU(Main Processor Unit). For Localization of TECA, it is necessary to analyze communication protocol between TECA and MPU. As a part of analysis, communication protocol between OBCS(on-board computer system) and add-on devices has analyzed for the first step. Also with protocol analyzer appropriate method was offered for TECA and MPU protocol analysis. Finally, by appling proposed method to the drivers consol suitability was verified.

KTX OBCS has computers, peripheral devices and command control channels. The computers are connected to TORNAD* network. The peripheral devices are connected to computers. The command control channels are used for the KTX vehicle's control, monitoring and maintenance. The OBCS provides drivers and maintenance engineers with the analysis and monitoring of the hindrance to the train service by utilizing the vehicle network information and low-voltage input/output control channel. The operation and maintenance feature of the OBCS enables KTX to have safe train service and immediate maintenance for the hindrance. also makes it possible to monitor the static and dynamic status of each device and compatibility of the system by analysing malfunction and integrity under certain circumstances and by enhancing equipments quality. This paper could introduce the efficient maintenance system and new applications and serve as a reference material for the immediate and safe analysis of KTX vehicle and its devices.

TECA(Terminal Cabin) has train information, fault display, maintenance function and training function for driver, as sub-device of Seoul-Pusan Express train"s on-board computerized device. Concerning KTX train"s driving, signal driving is required for high speed driving, and it is true that we have difficulty in troubleshooting and acquisition of basic information through long train and one-man driving. Therefore, rapid and correct processing about various information and TECA device for maintenance are indispensable for its utilization. But there is not study example in hardware, maintenance about this device and device development according to new requirements. Therefore, this study will help understanding of driver assistance terminal device"s maintenance performance development, describing TECA"s basic functions necessary for device development and its requirements. Accordingly, I suppose that this thesis will be utilized to complete specification, necessary for new driver assistance terminal device development.

The collection of KTX trainset fault code is made by DEP software. We can improve software function and update data after understanding DEP software function and software structure. For the improvement of trainset function and its performance, the same improvement of performance and structure change as DEP software, which collects and analyzes train"s fault information, are required. Accordingly, we made a research for functional strucfure of KTX fault code collection software, STR3F, variable declaration through Script.rxr file and code analysis method and proceeded research for realizing more improved user environment of DEL software and fault analysis method.

경부고속열차(KTX)의 차상컴퓨터(OBCS)의 하부장치는 차량의 안전과 유지보수에 도움이 되는 유지보수와 고장정보현시장치이며 이용객에게 편의시설과 환경을 제공하는 서비스제공 장치들이다. KTX 차량의 하부장치에는 크게 운전자지원단말기인 TECA와 행선지표시장치인 PID 그리고 승무원고 장표시장치인 FDTR과 객실온도 조절장치인 HVAC, 무선데이터 송수신을 위한 MDT등이 있다. 그러나 이러한 하부장치는 유지보수와 고장분석 그리고 노후장치의 개발을 위해 하부장치에 대한 하드웨어 사양분석과 함께 OBCS 장치와 하부장치의 통신프로토콜의 분석이 병행되어야 한다. 이러한 하부장치 통신 분석을 위한 접근을 위해 프로토콜 분석기를 이용한 분석방법을 정의함으로서 올바른 데이터 수집과 분석 그리고 Data 응용을 통한 유지보수기능의 향상과 하부장치개발에 도움이 되고자 한다. Peripheral devices of OBCS in kyeongbu KTX serve various function. those services operate to make sure the safety of trains by displaying some malfunction signs of system and help maintain them appropriately. and they also provide various services for passengers in KTX They divide into TECA which supports drivers with various data, PID which displays where to go, FDTR, HVAC, MDT etc. To develop superannuated devices, maintain and check its malfunction, we need to analyse hardware specification, OBCS and also protocol for communication devices simultaneously. here, we're trying to find how to find efficient approach by using a protocol analyser properly. We're going to develop peripheral devices to elevate and improve maintenance functions by collecting, compiling data.

Using network communication, KTX OBCS is KTX"s core device which inspects operation status of various electric equipments and supports driving command, train control, train"s maintenance, train crew"s driving. Since this device is manufactured as specialized system, being dependent on TGV manufacture specification and France"s high speed train operation method, actual technic transfer is difficult. Therefore, there are many difficulties, since most of interface signals are connected with OBCS when function improvement, maintenance, various electric equipments(propulsion control device, auxiliary power supply device, door control device etc.) are replaced with localized ones, which are required in operational view after introduction of KTX. Ergo, this study would like to contribute to function improvement and maintenance"s efficiency, furthermore to realize technical independence, escaping from dependency of developed foreign technology in high speed train and electric equipments, through KTX OBCS" function analysis and mutual interface information analysis with peripheral device(driver console, PID system, fault display device, various electric equipments).
수산폐기물 재활용을 위한 미더덕껍질 용매 추출물의 생리활성 탐색

Styela clava tunic is generated in large amounts as a waste from S. clava processing plants and causes environmental problem. Although biological activities of S. clava were reported by many investigators, study on S. clava tunic was little. In this study, therefore, tyrosinase inhibition and antioxidative activities of extracts from S. clava tunic using different solvent were investigated for recycling of the fishery waste. Among extraction methods tested, autoclaved extraction (25.7%) and hot water extraction (18.2%) appeared to be effective for extraction. The highest total phenolic content was 46.6 mg/g in autoclaved extract while the highest flavonoid content was 23.0 mg/g in chloroform extract. All extracts possessed tyrosinase inhibition activity and the inhibition activity was concentration-dependent. Inhibition concentration (IC50) against tyrosinase activity was 0.36×104 mg/ml in ethanol extract, 0.11×103 mg/ml in acetone extract and 0.27 mg/ml in n-butanol extract. Among extracts tested, hot water and autoclaved extracts displayed higher antioxidative activity than organic solvent extracts. Therefore, our data suggest that extract from S. clava tunic may potential candidate for cosmetic product with whitening effect and medicine for diseases caused by various oxidative stresses.

2004년 4월 우리나라에 고속열차를 운행한지 5년이 되었다. 프랑스 TGV열차를 한국형 지형과 환경에 최적으로 개량한 열차가 KTX열차이다. 고속열차에 대한 연구와 개발로 차량의 외형적장치 설계는 독자적인 설계 능력을 갖추었으나, 고속열차 열차제어진단장치 설계는 모방의 수준에 머물러 있다. KTX의 열차의 진단제어데이터를 분석하기 위해 VME 분석장비를 사용하여 수집하는 방법과 제어데이터구조를 분석하여, 열차제어진단장치에 대한 운용능력과 설계능력을 갖추어야 한다. 다양한 고속열차가 선로에 운용됨에 따라 철도운용자에게 필요한 다양한 열차제어진단에 대한 사전 대비를 함으로서, 고속열차 안전운행과 운용경비 절감을 위해 필요하다. 단일화된 열차제어진단 설계로 한국형고속열차 제작 능력뿐만 아니라, 운용능력 향상으로 고속철도 운영국가로서 위상이 확립되어야 한다. It has been 5 years since KTX high speed train was operated by KORAIL in Korea in April 2004. As for KTX train, France TGV was optimally renovated to make it, considering Korean geographical and environmental features. The research and development about KTX make it possible that train's exterior device design has the original design capability but, KTX train control & diagnosis design remains in the level of imitation. In order to analyze KTX train's diagnosis & control data, there are a collection method, using VME analysis device and method of analyzing control data structure and the operating and design capability about train control & diagnosis device should be secured. As the various high speed trains are operated in tracks, high speed train's safety driving and reduction of expense are necessary, by preparing in advance various train diagnosis & control which is indispensable to train operator. With the simplified train diagnosis & control design, Korean type high speed train's manufacture capability and operating capability should be improved and Korea's international status as a nation of operating high speed train should be established.
