오늘날 사회는 더욱 고도화 · 다양화되어 불의의 재난으로 인하여 시민의 생명과 재산이 위협받는 경우가 빈번히 발생하게 되었다. 복잡하고 다양화된 재난에 신속히 대응하고 구조 · 구급 등 소방 관련업무 수요에 능동적으로 대처하여 시민에게 양질의 봉사행정 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 국내 실정에 맞는 지리정보시스템을 활용한 소방응급지령시스템이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우리의 생활과 밀접한 지역정보, 도시정보 및 각종 기반 시설물 정보를 공간정보 데이터베이스로 구축하여 이를 이용한 소방응급지령시스템을 개발하였다. 소방행정 및 지령업무 전산화를 통한 고도 정보산업사회의 재난관리 기능을 강화함으로써 국민생활 안정과 복지향상을 도모하고, 아울러 본 소방응급지령시스템을 기본 모델로 제시하여 향수 국내 모든 지역의 소방업무에 이 시스템을 확산하는데 그 목적이 있다.

We analyzed an important part of control valve, magnet unit, which is used to control the fluid. Magnetic circuit which is composed of magnet and yoke is analyzed using finite element method. Then, flux density and coil force were calculated and compared with those of measured. According to the simulation results, the gap field, force constant, and permeance coefficient were 3~5 kG, 27.5 N/A, 22.1, respectively, which corresponded resonably well with the measured values. We also obtained reluctance factor of 1.1 and fringing factor of 1.4 by simulation.

One obvious reason for developing the controllability distributions in discrete-time nonlinear systems is that one expects that they will play similar roles in discrete-time nonlinear synthesis problems as the continuous-time controllability distributions played in continuous-time nonlinear synthesis problems. Here, discrete-time controllability distributions are developed by associating accessibility with controlled-invariance. However, unfortunately, as opposed to the situations for the continuous-time nonlinear systems, the development is limited to a certain class of discrete-time nonlinear systems.
運動과 아나볼릭스테로이드(Testex)가 Rat에 있어서 水泳時 持久力 및 여러 臟器에 미치는 影響

The use of anabolic steroids to increase muscle mass has become widespread despite International Olympic Committee (IOC) gave order not to use these potent drugs to enhance performance. The present study was undertaken to determine the effects of 4 weeks administration of Testex (testosterone propionate) upon levels of performance, organ weights in adult albino rats. Animals were injected daily(I.M) with a placebo (corn oil), low dose(.5mg/kg) or high dose(5mg/kg) of Testex and subjected 5 days/week to one of 2 treatments: sedentary housing, or forced-swimming. At final day all animals allowed to swim, until to death to check the endurance time and rapidly extracted internal organs(heart, liver, kidney and testes) after being drowned to weigh the weights. Heart, weights increased in exercised rats. Heart muscle was significantly affected in rats injected low doses in both sedentary and swimming groups. Endurance time was prolonged by exercise significantly. The effect of Textex to endurance time was significant in sedentary group but not in exercised group.
