철도이용자의 시인성과 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 역사 안내사인에 관한 연구는 국내외에서 다양하게 진행되고 있으나 고속/일반철도분야는 도시철도에 비해 상대적으로 미흡한 실정이다. 특히 정보기술 · 사인기술 등 최첨단 디자인 기술이 급격히 개발되고 있음에도 불구하고 고속/일반철도 역사에 적용하는 연구가 부족하다. 이에 본 연구는 인간공학적 유니버설 디자인을 적용하여 안내사인 및 서비스 디자인 기술을 개발하기 위한 기획 연구를 진행하였다. 또한 국내외 관련 기술 및 산업 동향을 분석하고 유니버설 안내사인 및 서비스 디자인 방향을 제시하기 위한 정량적 · 정성적 목표를 수립하여 연구의 활용방안을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 고속/일반철도 역사의 유니버설 디자인 컨셉트 및 상세설계도 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. The study on the railway information signs which can improve visibility and usability of the railway users, have been variously conducted at home and abroad, the high speed / general railway sector, less relatively in comparison to urban railways. In particular, despite the state-of-the-art design technology, such as information technology and sign technology has been rapidly developed, research to be applied to the high-speed / general railway is insufficient. In this study, we were advanced planning studies to develop the design technology of the guide signs and services by applying universal design. Moreover, by analyzing the trends in domestic and foreign related technology and industry, and we established a quantitative and qualitative targets for presenting the direction of the universal information signs and services designed to derive the use solution of the study. In this study, to try to take advantage of as basic data for developing a universal design concept and detailed design diagram of the high speed / general railway.
