The management of entire life cycle for safety-related systems achieves the functional safety of product and organization and as a result, for the entire highly safety functional safety standard released in 1998 (IEC 61508) which was the first related international standardization. Since, the individual to apply for each industry generated sector functional safety, and finally road vehicle-functional safety standard has been released as ISO/DIS 26262 in 2009. In 10 parts of ISO/DIS 26262, for the management of overall safety lifecycle, objective and general and technical requirement of each phase are as specified in each part. The overall structure of standard follows V-model. Left portion of V-mode is related to development and right portion is related to test. Because of heavy contents and difficulty of understanding ISO/DIS 26262 standards, many related thesis exists. But this thesis suggest some detailed product development test method rather than comprehensive approach in all applicable ASIL of the hardware level integration which shall highly recommend. Because this standard had many reference but was designed uncertainly by reference number. We suggest exact methods to separate throughout standard for ASIL achievement.
