전자력과 유동방정식을 결합한 전도성 용융금속의 유동특성 해석 및 실험

This paper presents the flow characteristics in the fluid circulation loop using the tubular type linear induction motor(TLIM) electromagnetic pump. A TLIM pump was designed using the equivalent and genetic algorithm for the flow system of 40[l/min]. The flow characteristics are analyzed by coupling the Maxwell equations with the Navier-Stokes equation. The analysis algorithm also takes account of the effects of the thrust. The flow characteristics are analysed with the proposed method and compared with the commercial program and experiment and discussed.
반응표면법과 Zoon-in법을 이용한 몰드변압기 글라스넷의 최적설계

몰드변압기에 사용되는 글라스넷은 코일과 에폭시 사이에 있는 것으로 구조적인 면에서 필요하지만 전계를 증가시킨다. 따라서 전계가 최소가 되는 글라스넷의 설계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 반응표면법을 사용하여 목적함수를 근사화 하고, zoom-in법을 이용하여 글라스넷에 의한 전계를 최소화 하는 최적설계기법을 적용하였다. 최적설계된 글라스넷 형상은 유한요소법을 사용하여 검증하였다.

This paper presents the electric field for 22.9[㎸]/380[V], 2[MVA] mold transformer are analysed using FEM(finite element method). The electric field was calculated for the voltage applied to the transformer. Then, it is analysed that the maximum electric field occurred between high voltage turns. Capacitance is calculated with energy method. Surge impulse test simulation is studied by modeling circuit with capacitance and inductance. This paper obtain the result that is about influence of electric field in distribution mold transformer adopted.
2[MVA] 배전용 몰드변압기의 글라스넷 형상 최적설계

In this paper, the optimum design of the glass net shape was studied to minimize the electric field of mold transformer. The glass net is used for reinforcement in structure between coils and epoxy, but it can cause to increase the electric field and the partial discharge. Therefore, the optimum design of glass net is required to minimize the electric field. In this paper, the objective function was approximated by using response surface method and then Zoom-in method was used for optimal design to minimize the electric field. The electric field was analysed using finite element method for each shape of glass nets.

This paper deals with the electromagnetic clutch which stop the generator at emergency by using the engine power of generator. The electromagnetic field was analyzed using Flux-2d program with different conditions : voltage, air gap, coil locations. As a result, the maximum magnetic flux density of electromagnetic clutch occurred between the coil and wheel : 0.27[T], 0.41[T] at 12[V], 24[V]. The maximum flux density was at the center location of the coil.

This paper presents the experiment and the characteristics analysis of an electromagnetic pump using linear induction motor(LIM). The characteristics of LIM pump are analyzed solving the hydrodynamic equation at constant magnetic flux. The molten zinc is used in the experiment and the experimental results are compared with the analysis.

This paper presents the experiment and characteristics analysis of electromagnetic pump using linear induction motor(LIM). The electromagnetic pump is used to transfer the molten metals by electromagnetic force of LIM. The characteristics of LIM pump for molten metals: zinc, tin, aluminum are analysed solving the magnetohydrodynamics at constant magnetic flux. The molten zinc is used in the experiment and the experimental results are compared with the analysis.
