        3차원 복수 컨테이너 적재 문제를 위한 발견적 해법

        A new heuristic algorithm for the heterogeneous MCLP(Multiple Container Loading Problem) is proposed in this paper. In order to solve MCLP, this algorithm generates an initial solution by applying the new SCLP(Single Container Loading Problem) algorithm to given boxes with sequential loading strategy. An improvement algorithm improves the initial solution by reducing the total number of containers of the solution. The SCLP algorithm generates single container by filling empty spaces with the homogeneous load-blocks of identically oriented boxes and splits residual space into three sub spaces starting with an empty container. A loading pattern of the container is built by applying this approach recursively until all boxes are exhausted or no empty spaces are left in the container. Numerical experiments with 47 test cases show the good performance of this new algorithm.

        터널막장 단층피쇄대의 지반특성 분석에 대한 사례연구

        연구지역은 옥천변성대에 속하며 단층파쇄대가 터널굴착방향과 평행하게 존재하여 막장면의 자립성 저하 및 이에 따르는 터널 주변지반의 이완 등으로 터널 내에 과도한 변위가 발생하였다. 이에 따라 단층파쇄대의 영향범위를 파악하고 특성을 분석하기 위하여 TSP(Tunnel Seismic Prediction)탐사를 수행하였다. 또한 막장면 조사와 시추조사를 병행 실시하여 거동원인을 분석하고 전방 파쇄대의 예측을 통하여 터널 굴착 및 지보에 영향을 주는 지질구조대나 용수대의 위치와 규모를 확인하였다. 조사결과를 토대로 터널형상 및 그에 따른 지층상태를 3차원으로 모델링 하였다. 모델링된 개체 내에 포함된 여러 변수(함유량, 물성치, 암반등급 등 모든 정량적인 수치)는 지구통계학적 기법을 통해 분석하였다. 모델링 결과를 분석하면 단층파쇄대에 의한 풍화대의 분포가 티널우측을 중심으로 발달하면서 좌측으로 그 범위가 감소하고 있다. 단층파쇄대는 주향 N0-5°E, 경사 NW의 방향성을 가지며, 여러 개의 지질이상대를 포함한 대규모의 파쇄대로 이루어진 것으로 확인되었다. 터널내 과대변위는 해당구간에 밀집된 불연속면의 상호교차 및 단층대에 의한 터널 좌우측 암반강도 불균형으로 편하중이 발생한 것으로 판단되며 그라우팅 등의 터널보강공법이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. The area of investigation belongs to Okchon metamorphic zone and the fault fractured zone runs parallel to the tunnel direction. It causes the independent decline of tunnel face and the slackness of the tunnel surrounding base so, after all, the severe displacement has occurred within the tunnel. Accordingly, the TSP(Tunnel Seismic Prediction) survey has been performed to investigate the extent of fault fractured zone and to analize its characteristics. Also, we have analized the behavior causes by performing the tunnel face mapping and drilling investigation, and confirmed the position and scale of geological anomaly area and front fractured zone which influences tunnel excavation and supporting. Collected data analyzed ground layer condition through 3 dimensional modeling. Several variables included in the modeling were analyzed by geostastistics. The analysis of the modeling data shows that the belt of weathering by fault fractured zone is developing on the basis of the right side of tunnel and that is decreasing to the left side. The fault fractured zone was confirmed that it has strike NO - 5°E, dip NW, and it is consisted of large-scale fractured zone including several anomalies. The severe displacement in tunnel is probably caused by asymmetrical load that was generated by the crossing of discontinuity and the rock strength imbalance of tunnel's both side by fault fractured zone, and judge that need tunnel reinforcement method of grouting etc.

      • 삼차원 혼합 적재 문제에 대한 발견적 해법

        Given a case of known dimensions, a collection of rectangular boxes of different size, and number of boxes of each type, the problem is to find suitable positions for placing the boxes in the case in such a way that spaces required can be minimized. You occasionally face this problem at business, shipment or truck cargo area. This paper developes three dimensional space cutting, space packing, space merging techniques. The method proposed is verified superious to any others with comparision.
