초등학교 교사의 다문화 인식이 다문화 효능감에 미치는 영향: 다문화 태도의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 초등학교 교사가 지각하는 다문화 인식이 다문화 효능감에 미치는 영향 관계에서 다문화 태도(일반적 태도, 일반적 태도, 교사역할 태도, 교사교육 태도)의 매개효를 알아보는 것이었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 연구방법은 대구광역시에 근무하는 초등학교 교사 218명을 조사대상으로 하여 양적연구인 설문조사 방법을 활용하였다. 이러한 방법을 통해 얻어진 연구결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교의 지각하는 다문화 인식의 하위영역과 다문화 태도의 하위영역 및 다문화 효능감의 하위영역 간의 상관관계에서는 모든 하위영역이 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 초등학교 교사의 다문화 인식이 다문화 효능감에 미치는 영향에서 일반적 태도, 교사역할 태도, 교사교육 태도, 교육과정 태도의 부분매개효과는 통계적으로 p<.001 수준에서 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 다문화 인식 단독으로 다문화 효능감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 다문화 인식과 다문화 태도의 하위영역이 함께 다문화 효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 학교현장에서는 초등학교 교사들이 다문화 효능감을 높일 수 있도록 다문화 관련 직, 접적 경험과 다양한 교육기회를 부여하여 교 사들의 다문화 인식 및 다문화 태도가 긍정적으로 변화하는 데 초점을 두어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of multicultural attitudes (general attitude, attitude to teacher roles, attitudes to teacher training, curriculum) on the correlation between elementary school teachers’ multicultural perception and multicultural efficacy. To attain the goal, the research adopted surveying, one of the quantitative methods, as its study method and selected 218 elementary school teachers working in Daegu Metropolitan City as its study subjects. Based on this method, the study has drawn conclusions as below: First, regarding correlation among the subareas of multicultural perception, multicultural attitudes, and multicultural efficacy perceived by elementary school teachers, all the subareas indicated statistically significant positive correlation among them. Second, regarding the effects of elementary school teachers’ multicultural perception on their multicultural efficacy, the partial mediating effects of general attitudes, attitudes to teacher roles, attitudes to teacher training, and attitudes to the curriculum were found to be statistical significant at the level of p<.001. Multicultural perception showed significant effects on multicultural efficacy independently, and along with the subareas of multicultural perception and multicultural attitudes, it indicated significant effects on multicultural efficacy. Therefore, it is needed to focus on changing elementary school teachers’ multicultural attitudes positively by providing them with both direct and indirect multicultural experiences and a variety of opportunities for training so that they can be equipped with more enhanced multicultural efficacy in the actual field of school education afterwards.

최근 가상현실 및 증강현실 기술을 응용한 콘텐츠 개발이 활발하다. 증강현실 기술은 가상현실 기술과 다르게 현실세계와 컴퓨터 그래픽과의 융합을 토대로 개발된다. 때문에 증강현실은 현실감, 몰입감을 극대화 하는 방향으로 개발되고 있다. 그러나 현실과 컴퓨터 그래픽은 서로 다른 차원에 존재한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 마커검출 기법과 오차를 미리 계산해 출력 전에 반영해주는 방식이 제시되었지만 이는 사용자의 자유도 향상과 공간적인 제약을 최소화하기에 부담이 크다. 본 논문에서는 캘리브레이션을 통한 증강현실 구현결과로서 사용자의 관절 정보를 증강현실 내 캐릭터의 관절과 맵핑한다. 이는 사용자의 움직임을 캐릭터와 동기화함으로써 증강현실의 자유도와 몰입도를 향상시켰다. 제안된 증강현실 시스템은 사용자의 생활에 적용될 수 있는 범위가 넓어지고 사용자의 편의를 향상시킬 수 있는 가능성이 높였다.

피페리딘 구조유도분자를 이용한 알루미노포스페이트 제올라이트 합성: 피페리딘 구조유도분자가 결정구조 형성에 미치는 영향

Structure directing agent(SDA) containing piperidine moiety such as piperidine(PI), 2-methylpiperidine(MPI), 2,6-dimethylpiperidine(DMPI) and 2,2,6,6,-tetramethylpiperidine(TMPI), respectively has been utilized to synthesize aluminophosphate zeolite using hydrothermal method. The gel composition was (l.0)Al2O3:(1.0)P2O5:0.76SDA:(45)H2O and the hydrothermal heating was performed in an oven at 443 K and for 7 days at static mode. The obtained zeolitic material contained a lamellar structure when PI was used as the SDA. With a progressive increase of the SDA size, various structures of aluminophosphate including AlPO-5 of AFI structure were obtained. The aluminophosphate of SAS structure was formed when the largest TMPI was utilized as the SDA, which was confirmed by the Rietveld refinement. The result of 27 AI and 31P MAS NMR of the sample suggested that Al and P were incorporated into the framework of the aluminophosphate.
