The objective was to extract a preliminary performance measurement indicators of nursing organizations in hospitals using the BSC(Balanced Score Card) developed by Kaplan and Norton, and to analyze the content validity and evaluation methods of the performance measurement indicators with actual nurses in the nursing organization as participants in the study. Methods: The preliminary performance measurement indicators was created through a literature review and had the content validity by a professional, This survey was sent via post to 316 nurse managers and nurses with more than 5 years of experience in seven secondary and tertiary hospitals in the Seoul Gyonggi district. The completed questionnaires were returned by mail. Results: Fourteen indicators for finances, 16 for customer services, 27 for internal business processes, and 13 for learning and growth were selected. Conclusion: Amidst a rapidly changing medical environment, a first step was taken towards developing a performance measurement from various perspectives for nursing organizations in hospitals from various perspectives, rather than just one or a past-oriented perspective. However, as the most important thing is to actually use these indicators, continuous interest in publicity and education must be developed.

피부사상균 균사의 형태학적 변화를 통한 일본잎갈나무 정유의 항진균 활성 효과

본 연구는 피부사상균 Epidermophyton floccosum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Trichophyton rubrum에 대한 일본잎갈나무 정유의 항진균 활성을 평가하고, 항진균 유효성분을 구명하고자 하였다. 또한 일본잎갈나무정유에 노출된 피부사상균의 균사를 전자현미경으로 관찰하여 일본잎갈나무 정유의 항진균 효과를 균사의 형태학적 변화를 통하여 밝히고자 하였다. 일본잎갈나무 정유의 주성분은 (-)-bornyl acetate였으며, MIC는 모든균에 대해 125 ppm을 나타냈다. 한천희석법을 통한 항진균 활성 평가에서는 모든 균에 대해 500 ppm 이상에서 100%의 활성, 100 ppm의 낮은 농도에서도 50% 이상의 활성을 나타냈다. SEM과 TEM을 통해 균사를 관찰한 결과, 일본잎갈나무 정유에 노출된 E. floccosum은 정상세포와 다른 균사 형태가 관찰되었다. 팡이실 모양의 격막을 갖고 있는 곧고 매끈한 표면의 정상세포와는 달리, 처리구에서는 균사 표면에 주름이 있었으며 균사가 터지거나 접히고 부풀어 오른 것, 세포소기관과 세포벽이 붕괴된 것도 관찰되었다. 분획을 통해 일본잎갈나무 정유의 항진균 유효성분을 확인한 결과, (-)-τ-muurolol, (+)-terpinen-4-ol, α-terpineol, α-cadinol 등의 terpene alcohol 화합물이었다. This study was to investigate the antifungal activity of Larix kaempferi essential oil against dermatophytes, Epidermophyton floccosum, Tricbopbyton mentagropbytes and Tricbopbyton rubrum. The active components of L. kaempferi against dermatophytes were determined (cha?racterized by GC-MS), and the morphological changes of the dermatophytes exposed to the L. kaempferi essential oil were observed by electron microscope. Main component of L. kaempferi essential oil was (-)-bornyl acetate. In antifungal activity tests, MIC of L. kaempferi crude oil was 125 ppm on every fungi and 100% (agar dilution method) at more than 500 ppm. By using SEM and TEM, the fungal morphology of E. floccosum exposed to the L. kaempferi essential oil was different from that of normal hyphal morphology. Hyphae exposed to the L. kaempferi essential oil was damaged with distorted and collapsed surfaces. In addition, there were destruction and disorganization of organelles in cytoplasm and collapse of cell membrane. Active antifungal components from L. kaempferi essential oil were identified as terpene alcohol compounds like (-) -r-muurolol, (+)-terpinen-4-ol, α-terpineol, and α-cadinol.
