창업동아리 리더의 변혁적 리더십이 팀원의 기술사업화 역량에 미치는 영향 : 팀웍의 매개효과를 중심으로

급변하는 비즈니스 환경 변화에 따라 창업동아리팀 조직의 경쟁력 확보를 위해 리더자의 변혁적 리더십이 조직구성원의 사업화역량에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 관한 연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 특히 조직구성원의 잠재력을 최대한으로 발휘하게 하는 변혁적 리더십의 역할이 중요하다. 본 연구는 창업동아리 팀장의 변혁적 리더십이 팀원의 사업화 역량에 미치는 효과와 두 변수간의 관계에서 팀웍의 매개효과를 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 이에 따른 자료를 2015년 10월 전국 4년제 대학교에 창업동아리 500명을 대상으로 배부한 설문지중 총 430명의 자료를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 변혁적 리더십과 사업화역량 간의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하였다. 검증결과 변혁적 리더십은 팀원의 사업화역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 변혁적 리더십과 사업화역량에 대한 팀웍의 긍정적인 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해 창업동아리 팀장의 변혁적 리더십이 팀웍을 높이고 이를 통해 팀원의 사업화역량에 도움이 되는 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. There is a need to study what transforming leadership of the leader affects to the commercialization capability for retaining the competitiveness of the start-up club according to a rapidly changing environment. Especially, the role of transforming leadership that makes organizational members demonstrate their own potential power to the extreme is important. This study empirically analyzed what transforming leadership of a team leader of the start-up club affects to the commercialization capability of the team members and mediating effect of the teamwork in the relationship between two variables. We used the data of 430/500 questionnaires that were distributed to the start-up club in the universities of the whole country in October, 2015 for the final analysis. We empirically investigated the relationship between transforming leadership and commercialization capability. As a result of verification, it is appeared that transforming leadership affects positively to the commercialization of teamwork, and we could confirm the positive mediating effect of teamwork for transforming leadership and commercialization capability. We could confirm that there is a positive effect that transforming leadership of the start-up club team leader fortifies the teamwork and it helps to the commercialization capability through analyzing the data.

Purpose: This study was to analyze the content of nursing interventions applied to patients with abdominal trauma. Methods: A retrospective study design was used, and the subjects were 121 abdominal trauma patients who visited a regional trauma center from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017. The data on general and clinical characteristics and nursing interventions of the subjects were collected using electronic medical records. Results: Nursing actions performed on patients were 3,720 cases, 5 domains, 18 classes, and 59 interventions. The most frequent type of injury was traffic accidents(37.2%), penetrating and stabbing injuries(24.0%). There were differences in the types and frequency of nursing interventions in traffic accidents and penetrating injuries. In the traffic accidents and falls, traction/immobilization care was added, and skin surveillance, surgical precaution activity, and medication administration (intramuscular) were added in the case of penetrating. Conclusion: In particular, the results of the analysis of nursing intervention differences that were applied for each mechanism of injury will help to construct more detailed education contents. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop nursing intervention education for nurses for abdominal trauma patients.

외상환자의 한국형 중증도 분류와 손상중증도 점수체계의 비교

Purpose: We compared the Korean Triage and Acuity Scale (KTAS), Injury Severity Score (ISS), and Revised Trauma Score (RTS) determined the validity of KTAS for classifying trauma patients. Methods: A retrospective chart review of 10,865 trauma patients (aged ≥15 years) who visited a single regional trauma and emergency medical center from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2020, was conducted. Data were collected from the Korean Trauma Data Bank. Based on KTAS classification, the rates of intensive care unit admission, surgery and intervention, transfusion, emergency room (ER) and hospital mortality, and ER stay time were investigated. Data were analyzed using Chi-square test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, receiver operating characteristic curve, and area under the ROC curve. Results: In the KTAS, severe trauma patients (ISS ≥16) were classified as Level 1 (79.6%), 2 (44.8%), 3 (15.5%), 4 (4.0%) and 5 (7.6%). The following were the predictive powers of KTAS, ISS, and RTS for different parameters: surgery and intervention rate, KTAS (.71), ISS (.70), and RTS (.63); transfusion rate within 4h, KTAS (.82), ISS (.82), and RTS (.74); ER stay time within 90 min, KTAS (.72), ISS (.62), and RTS (.56); and ER mortality, KTAS (.84), ISS (.72), and RTS (.88). These findings were statistically significant (p<.001). The sensitivity and specificity of KTAS for trauma patients were .88 (.87~.90), and .38 (.37~.39), respectively. Conclusion: KTAS is a useful classification system that can predict the clinical outcomes of patients with trauma, and effectively triage acutely ill trauma patients, thus provide appropriate treatment.
