This paper, the air inside the vehicle for maintaining comfortable air freshener in accordance with changing conditions for changing the internal flow of information, this study is listed. Although there nay be many conditions, this paper includes three cases, the changing angle between filter located inside the air freshener and incoming air, the changing location of the entrance and the changing entrance angle of air. In addition, the filter pressure drop Vs. mass flow rate experiments needed to interpret the performance of the filter material was derived.

In this paper, computerized analysis program, SC / Tetra by car air freshener in accordance with the structural changes of the internal flow rate and pressure for change was evaluated. The air flow velocity at the entrance to the all 62CMH same, each model and size of filter and air filter has a different angle between the direction of the flow conditions. Analysis of data on air permeability of the filter at the current NF Sonata vehicles equipped with an air purifier could be obtained through experiments based on flow NF Sonata, also on the basis of the vehicle air freshener to 15 CMH ~ 70 CMH 5 CMH unit increase were measured. Analysis of grid used in the Prism, Tetra has been used for more than a total of 2.2 million is composed of the elements. Prism layer of wall starts with an initial grid size of 1.1 times the growth rate was 3 layered configuration, all the other grid was composed of Tetra. The turbulence model is built from commercial CFD code, and the standard k-ε model was applied. In this study, for each model, the internal distribution of each filter of the velocity and pressure was tested via analysis of air fresheners to improve the durability of filter optimization can be predicted using the data.
저온작동 조건에서 자동차용 써모사이폰의 성능특성에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 심지구조 유무에 따른 자동차에 적용된 써모사이폰의 저온 작동영역에서의 성능 특성을 고찰하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 작동유체로 물을 사용하는 써모사이폰을 제작하였고, 작동유체의 충진량, 심지 적용 유 무, 외기온도 변화 그리고 증발부에 열부량 변화에 따른 성능 특성을 파악하였다, 결과적으로 작동유체의 충진량 40%에서 최적의 열전달 성능을 나타내고, 외기온도 증가에 따라 써모사이폰의 열전달 성능이 증가하였다. The objective of this study is to investigate low temperature performance characteristics of the thermosyphon with/without wick. Thermosyphons using water as the working fluid are tested with variations of wick, charge amount of the working fluid, outdoor temperature, and heat load for the evaporator section at a low temperature. As a result, the heat transfer of thermosyphon was optimized at the charge amount of 40% and increased with the rise of the outdoor temperatures.
풍량시험기의 토출부 형상에 따른 풍량 특성에 대한 수치해석적 연구

본 논문에서는 노즐의 차압을 이용하여 풍량을 측정하는 풍량시험기의 노즐에 의한 차압을 보정해주기 위한 블로워의 형상 변화에 따라 풍량시험기의 풍량 특성의 변화에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 측정부위의 압력을 대기압 조건으로 맞춰주기 위한 블로워는 본 풍량시험기에서 중요한 역할을 수행하며 블로워의 성능에 따라 풍량시험기의 측정가능한 풍량범위가 결정된다. 본 논문에서는 블로워가 발생시킨 유동을 외부로 토출시키는 과정에서 Spiral Casing을 적용하였을 경우와 적용하지 않은 경우의 두가지에 대하여 해석적으로 풍량에 대한 특성을 알아보았다. Spiral Casing을 적용한 경우 3.05CMH의 풍량이 더 발생하였으며 케이싱 적용에 따른 풍량특성은 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

In this study, We disigned and manufactured the Hot Chuck which can be operated until 120℃. Its shape is circualr, wide is 300㎜ and depth is 15㎜. Two types working fluid was used as working fluid(distilled water, 0.1%-TiO₂ nanofluid). The experimental results were compared to each working fluid. The effect of various working fluid, charging volume ratio was investigated. Also we investigated heat transfer rate against each working fluid. By using nanofluid, heat transfer rate can be enhanced and the wick structure can be constructed automatically on smooth surface. The experiment of 40% charged 0.1%-TiO₂ nanofluid showed the best performance of thermal accuracy and uniformity. To improve performance of Hot Chuck, more study is needed.

In this study, the circular heat pipe hot chuck plate was designed and manufactured with stainless steel (300mm in width, 15mm in depth). Distilled water andITO( In2SnO5) In2SnO5)-nanofluids with various particle concentrations were used as the working fluid of heat pipe hot chuck. The temperature uniformity on a heat pipe hot chuck (HPHC) has been investigated. The temperature uniformity on a HPHC during semiconductor wafer processing has been an important factor to critical dimension (300 mm). The temperature uniformity on the top surface in the present system was sustained in the range of ±1.5% in operation state. The experimental results with 0.01%-ITO nanofluid (40% charged) showed the best heat transfer performance and temperature uniformity.
