크로스핏 트레이닝과 타바타 트레이닝 프로그램이 댄스스포츠 선수인 여자 초등학생의 체력 및 혈관 탄성에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of CrsosFit training program and Tabata training program on physical fitness and vascular compliance in dance sports athlete of elementary school girls. Method: Twenty-four dance sports athletes of elementary school girls participated in control group (CG: n=8, age=11.62±.74 years), CrossFit training program (CTG: n=8 ,age=11.50±.53 years) and Tabata training program (TTG: n=8, age=11.75±.87 years). All group consisted of dance sports exercise with 40 minute during 8 weeks (3 days per week). Additionally, both of CTG and TTG consisted of workout of the day with 12-16 items and 25 minutes main exercise for 8 weeks (3 days per week). Results: The results were as follows: 1) The hand grip, sit up, shutt lerun, one leg standing and side step showed positive effects significantly in CTG, TTG and CG but nto sit and reach. 2) The Brachial pulse wave velocity right (baPWVR), brachial pulse wave velocity left (baPWVL) showed positive effects significantly in CTG and CG. Conclusion: CTG and TTG are effective training program for physical fitness and vascular compliance in dance sports athletes in elementary school girls. Also, TTG shwos more significant difference than CTG at s it up and shuttle run.
