진동형 히트파이프를 이용한 바닥 난방시스템 성능에 관한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this study was to develop the floor-heating device using pulsating heat pipe. The floor-heating device was consisted of the ‘U’ type water pipe of aluminum and pulsating heat pipe had 3.0 ㎜ outer diameter, 2.0 ㎜ inner diameter tube of copper. The performance tests were conducted under the next conditions; Working fluid was R-22, R-134a, charging ratio 40%, 50%, temperature of inlet water 60℃, 70℃, flow rates were 1~3 ㎏/min, ambient airs were 5℃, 10℃. The experimental results indicate that the Pulsating Heat Pipe charged 50%(Vol.) showed better performance than 40%(Vol.) and it is suited to the floor-heating device.

The purpose of this study is to develop a cooling or heating cabinet for a vehicles using a thermoelectric element combined with a pulsating heat pipe. The pulsating heat pipe used as a heat spreader and heat sink for a TEM. Heat was absorbed and dissipated by combined heat sinks equipped with fans. The experiment was performed for 6 thermoelectric module (6 A/15 V, size: 40×40×4 ㎜), varying design parameters of the heat pipe (inclination angle, working fluid charging ratio, etc.).
