주거의 경제 및 지역적 특성이 노인의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 주거의 경제 및 지역적 특성이 노인의 삶의 만족도와 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 한국복지패널 11차 조사 자료를 이용하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주거의 경제적 특성인 주택가격, 가구원당 주거면적 및 총생활비대비 광열수도비 비중은 노인의 삶의 만족도와 자아존중감에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 노인의 자아존중감은 삶의 만족도에 대한 주거의 경제적 특성의 영향을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주거의 지역적 특성인 거주 지역은 노인의 삶의 만족도와 자아존중감에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 노인의 자아존중감은 삶의 만족도에 대한 주거의 지역적 특성의 영향을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 주거의 경제 및 지역적 특성 등과 관련한 노인주거복지정책은 노인의 자아존중감을 매개로 하여서도 노인의 심리적 복지감인 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치므로, 주거 빈곤 및 주거불평등 등으로 인해 노인의 삶의 만족도와 자아존중감에 부정적 영향을 미치지 않도록 정책적인 고려를 하여야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of housing economic and regional characteristics on the ife satisfaction and the self-esteem of the elderly and how their self-esteem mediates the effects of housing economic and regional characteristics on their life satisfaction. The main results of the study are as follows. First, housing economic characteristics such as housing prices, occupancy area per resident, and ratio of utility cost to total living costs had a significant effect on the elderly’s life satisfaction and self-esteem, and the elderly’s self-esteem mediated the effect of the economic characteristics of housing on the life satisfaction of the elderly. Second, residential area, a regional characteristic of housing, had a significant effect on the life satisfaction and self-esteem of the elderly, and the self-esteem of the elderly mediated the effect of the residential area on the life satisfaction. Thus, because elderly housing welfare policies related to housing economic and regional characteristics affect the elderly’s life satisfaction, a psychological welfare, through a mediating effect of the elderly’s self-esteem.

Structure which is being used for flat TV is consisted almost of press products. Because of characteristic of structure, pemnut that is used for maintaining gaps of other parts and screwing is using by attaching on frame. But, there are some issues about weight and price. This study is about using forming instead of pemnut on frames, and deducing the best answer by comparing analysis of forming designing on background of tension press and twisting.
빙축열 시스템에서의 코일 휜의 열전달 촉진 효과에 관한 시험적 연구

The present study was to investigate the heat transfer enhancement effect of coil wire fins in an ice storage system. For the two cases of tubes with internal brine flows, a finned tube with coil wires on its outer surface and a smooth tube, the rates of ice layer were tested and compared for both the icing processes. The coil fins were made of a stainless steel wire with a dia. of 2.0[mm], and the coil had an outer dia. of 10[mm] and a helix angle of 60[′].<br/> The experimental results showed that the coil fins could substantially reduce the thermal resistance of the ice layer, and enhance the heat flow rates between the water in the storage tank and the brine. The ice storing time was found to be shortened by 13[%] for the coil fins to get the same amount of ice layer that was built on the smooth tube wall for 10 hours of operation when the same thermal conditions were provided.

평판형 윅을 갖는 소형 루프 히트파이프의 윅 건조한계에 대한 해석적 연구

In principle of LHP operation it is assumed that the evaporation of working fluid takes place at the interface of heating wall and the primary wick, admitting the complete saturation of porous wick with the liquid phase. But it has been found from lots of experimental investigations that the line of vapor-liquid meniscus draws back toward the center of the wick with an increasing heat load, showing the existence of a dried zone. The appearance of dried zone changes the flow mechanism through the wick, resulting in increasing the pressure drop over the wick. This is the origin of wick dry limitation for LHPs. The quantity of wick dry limitation seems to lie on the depth of dried zone but in reality it is a complicate matter to predict the vapor front line as a function of wick geometry parameters, fluid properties and rates of heat supply. In this study wick limitation was measured from experiments using the given LHP model developed for the present study and the data were put to evaluate the existing depth of dried zone as a function of heat rates.

This study analyzed the scenery formation method through doors and windows of traditional landscape structures. For the purpose of understanding the visual effect that was seen from the outside scenery through doors and windows, this was deduced by research into various frames of the designer's plan at that time. For this study, the scenery formation method and character through doors and windows were researched on the gardens of Suzhou in China and traditional Korean landscape structures. Doors and windows became frames that define our sight. This frames are the same as finders in the camera and compared with Chinese drawing papers of oriental painter. Accordingly, doors and windows made sceneries and view factors were arranged moderately in them. This things made special scenes like photos or paintings. In other words, a actual scenery seems like a framed picture on the sensitized paper or drawing paper so a beauty of nature became a beauty of art. The scenery formation method by frames of doors and windows was very similar to drawing, calligraphy and seal engraving. So to speak, the scenery formatioin method contains principal and subordinate, compactness, truth and falsehood in the oriental art of drawing.
