공동주택 에너지 저감을 위한 고단열 방화문의 성능향상 방안에 대한 연구

아파트 주택 등의 건물에서 화재가 났을 때 불길이 밖으로 번져나가는 것을 막기 위하여 현관에 설치되는 방화문은 건축물에너지 절약기준에 따라 2019.09.01 부터 단열성능을 의무사항으로 하고 있으며, 2022.01.28. 기준 열관류율은 1.4W/㎡k 이하 이어야 한다. 특히 열관류율은 한국에너지공단으로부터 인증 받은 1.2W/㎡k이하의 고단열방화문은 2021년 말 기준 10여 개 사 15개 제품 정도 밖에 없으며 이는 방화문 제조업체가 대부분 영세하여 자금력이나 인력 부족으로 기술개발보다 일반 제품 생산을 치중하다 보니 고단열 방화문의 개발이 미흡하다. 본 연구는 공동주택 에너지 저감을 위한 고단열 방화문의 성능향상 방안에 대한 연구로 방화문의 기본성능인 내화성능과 열관류울 1.2W/㎡k 이하의 단열성능 이외에 기밀성능, 결로 성능을 동시에 충족하는 복합성능을 가진 방화문에 대하여 연구개발을 진행 하였다. 주요 결과는 내화성능(비차열 70분), 단열성능(1.141W/㎡k), 기밀성능(1등급 0.56㎥/h㎡), 결로 성능(2지역)을 충족하는 복합성능을 갖춘 고단열 방화문을 연구 개발하였으며, 이는 내화성능, 단열성능, 기밀성능, 결로 성능 등 서로 다른 성질로 인하여 절충점을 찾기 어려웠으나 수차례의 설계와 시제품의 성능시험을 통하여 제품개발 후 시뮬레이션을 통하여 안정적으로 성능 충족이 가능하다는 것이 확인 되었다. 특히 개발제품에 대한 한국화학융합시험연구원(KTR)의 경제성평가 결과 세대 현관 방화문에 적용하였을 경우 에너지 소비가 약 23~42% 저감이 가능할 뿐 아니라 CO2 저감량 평가 결과에서 표준주택 CO2 저감량 기준 10년 수령의 평균적인 소나무 약 44그루가 연간 흡수하는 CO2 배출량이 저감된다는 것이 확인되었다.
강철재 도어의 내화, 기밀성 향상을 위한 이중틈새 차단장치에 관한 연구

Steel doors, which are common in general buildings, do not seal the gap between the door and the floor, so drafts, noise, dust, and lights flow from the outside, and shielding devices are installed in various materials and methods, such as adding magnetic gate paper to the side of the door or installing a gasket under the door, but performance is limited. Accordingly, in order to fundamentally solve these problems, we researched and developed a double gap blocking device that can improve fire resistance and airtightness performance in steel doors. Unlike general products, the double gap blocking device has the advantage of maximizing airtight performance by forming an air layer in the center when the door is closed, as well as greatly improving the fire resistance performance, which is the basic performance of the fire door.

In the case of steel door frames commonly found in general buildings, there are various assembly methods such as rivets, bolts, and welding, but the welding method is generally used. However, this welding joint method has many problems, such as distortion due to heat and damage due to external shock. In particular, when used as a fire door, problems may occur in the event of a fire due to distortion caused by heat from welding and the weak welded joint area. In the case of rivet or welded joints, when moved after assembly, joint loosening due to external shock may occur. Problems may arise where the bonding strength becomes weak. In addition, with the recent increase in high-rise buildings and larger buildings, when assembly is completed and brought to the site, a place is needed to store it, and in addition, there is a problem in that it has to be transported several times in small quantities to the installation site, which is another problem of time and cost loss. This is coming to the fore. In order to fundamentally solve this problem, we have researched and developed a non-welding door frame that can be assembled on site. We have researched and developed three assembly methods: screw-type, insert-type, and protrusion-type. Non-welded door frames are small in size and easy to package, making them advantageous for domestic and overseas exports.

Friction stir welding is a solid-state joining process and is useful for joining dissimilar metal sheets. In this study, the experimental conditions of the friction stir welding were determined by the two-way factorial design to evaluate the characteristics of the dissimilar friction stir welding of AZ31 and AZ61 magnesium alloys. The levels of rotation speed and welding speed, which are welding variables, were 1000, 2000, 3000 rpm and 100, 200, 300 mm/min, respectively. From the results, the greater the rotation speed and the lower the welding speed of the tool were, the greater the tensile strength of the welded part was. The contribution of the welding speed of the tool is larger than that of the rotation speed of the tool. In addition, the optimal conditions for tensile strength in the dissimilar friction stir joint were predicted to be the rotation speed of 3000 rpm and welding speed of 100 mm/min, and the tensile strength under the optimal conditions was estimated to be 214 ± 6.57 Mpa with 99% reliability.

Doors that are opened and closed when entering or exiting a general building are connected to the door frame and open and close. They are equipped with door locking devices of various structures, and are either locked to the door frame for the closing operation or released from the door frame for the opening and closing operation. Here, a single-stage door binding device having a door latch that is independently disposed at the center of one axis of the door is commonly used. On the other hand, if the size of the door is over a certain size or if the door is medium to large, the opening and closing operation may not be performed smoothly with only a single stage binder, or the closing state may not be achieved stably during the closing operation. In particular, in the case of the single-stage binding device provided in medium to large fire doors, the door is fixed to the door frame unstable, causing fatal errors in the fire prevention function of the fire door. Accordingly, in order to fundamentally solve these problems, we researched and developed a three-stage door binding machine that combines a top and bottom fastening structure with a single-stage fastening structure. This 3-stage door binder not only has the fire resistance performance of a fire door, but also has a T-shaped terminal in its fastening method, so if you eliminate the upper and lower fastening, it is a 1-stage binder like a regular product, but if you remove the door latch of the 1st-stage binder, it functions as an upper and lower 2-stage binder and forms a single mold. We researched and developed a three-stage door binder that can manufacture and produce three products at the same time, satisfying both product performance and price.

In general, all buildings are equipped with various types of handles for opening and closing the door, and unlike wooden doors, steel doors such as fire doors are equipped with a box-shaped door lock box frame surrounding the outside of the door lock to protect the door lock, which is called a cylinder protection cover. These cylinder protection covers have various types and types of fastening structures, and the cylinder protection covers on the market are molded in factories and standardized according to the size and shape of the door lock, requiring various types of cylinder protection covers. Accordingly, a variable cylinder protection cover with a simple prefabricated structure that can fundamentally solve these problems can be used as one cylinder protection cover regardless of the type, shape, and size of the door lock.

It is an ideal door handle for an emergency exit. Because many people move quickly and it is easy to use, it is common in Europe and North America, but in Korea, the product is expensive, so it is used on a limited basis in luxury buildings such as hotels, but its use is gradually increasing. East Asian countries such as Korea, China, and Japan mainly prefer the North American type. The design of the penic device used in is a uniform and universal design, and research and development of a new design of the penic device was required to develop a new design type product considering the aesthetics of the building.
