As a result of the analysis, the main cause of the power consumption is seen to be an air-conditioning load, it has been analyzed that there are many power consumption in the same peak hours when it is compared with the domestic power demand pattern. This energy savings when cooling and heating load of the building is improved is maximized, also it could be confirmed that it is possible to make many help reduce domestic power peak.

The purpose of this paper is to derive the energy efficiency improvement of green remodeling. A target building was selected in order to analyze the energy saving of the green remodeling enforcement and then to compare and analyze the energy efficiency improvement of the actual building energy used before and after the green remodeling construction. The conclusion of the study was obtained by the analysis of the energy consumption of three green remodeling buildings. The case A is the building in which the existing windows is replaced by high efficiency windows. The energy consumption fell by 3.9% in the summer, 5.1% in winter, and the maximum energy consumption fell by 2.4%.
