      • 半月地域 초파리集團의 有害遺傳子에 關한 硏究 : Population of Drosophila melanogaster

        1977年부터 1979年까지 半月地域에서 채집한 Drosophila melanogaster의 第2染色體上에 保有되어 있는 有害遺傳子 및 不姙遺傳子의 頻度를 조사하였다. 그 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 致死 및 半致死遺傳子를 保有하고 있는 染色體의 頻度는 3年間 平均 27.73%로 나타났다. 2. 半月集團의 致死遺傳子間의 同座率은 1.78%였다. 致死因子로 因한 集團內의 Elimination rate(I??²)는 0.00137로 추정되었다. 3. 第2染色體에 保有되어 있는 劣性不姙遺傳子는 암컷이 4.93%, 수컷이 8.49%, 그리고 兩性不姙은 0.60%로 나타났다. 4. 半月集團의 All homozygote Viability는 21.41%였다. 그리고 致死遺傳子를 제외한 Homozy-gote의 Viability는 26.39%였다. The frequency of the second chromosomes in Drosophila melanogaster bearing deleterious genes in the Banwoel natural population of Korea was repeatedly estimated from 1977 to 1979. The results obtainded are as follows. 1. The frequency of lethal and semilethal chromosomes turned out to be average 27.73% without any fluctuation for three years. 2. Allelism rate among lethal genes isolated from each year was average 1.79%. The rate of elemination by lethal genes (I??²) was estimated to be 0.00137. 3. The frequency of sterile recessive gene in the second chromosomes was estimated as 4.93% for female, 8.49% for male and 0.60% for both sexes respectively. 4. All second homozygote viability containing lethal gene at Banwoel natural population was 21.41% and homozygote viability without lethal gene was 26.39%.

      • 野生 노랑초파리의 形態的 變異에 關한 硏究

        江華島, 安養, 軍浦의 自然集團에서 노랑초파리(D. melanogaster)를 Trap과 sweeping method로 채집하여, 날개異常型, Sex-Comb의 剛毛數 變異, 腹部異常體를 調査하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 江華島, 安養, 軍浦에서 各各352, 2352, 1720 個體를 채집하여 調査하였던바,그 중 날개異常型이 약 51.6%이고 腹部異常體는 3.4%였다. 날개 異常體는 表現上으로 突然變異種이 ??와 유사하고, 腹部異常體는 不規則한 Band를 가지고 있다. 이들에 대한 遺傳關係를 調査하였던 바, 第一代 및 第三代에서 모두 正常型으로 나타났으므로 環境에 의한 個體 變異였다는 것을 알았다. 2) Sex-Comb의 剛毛變異에 대하여 調査하였던 바, 左右同數體가 42%, 左右異數體는 59%였고 剛毛방失體 9.8%였다. 3) 自然集團에서의 총 4424個體中 性比 調査는 female의 100에 대하여 male이 104로 나타났다. This is to investigate the effect of environmental factors on the variation in D. melanogaster. Samples were collected from three areas in Korea, Kanwha Island, Anyang, and Gunpo Kyunggi-Do. The results of this study were as follows, 1. Abnormal wings were 51.6% of the sample population. 2. Abnormal abdomen were 3.4% of the sample population. 3. The percentage of D. melanogaster of which has same number of sex-comb spines in both side were 42% contrary to 59% of different number and 9.8% of deficient spines. 4. Sex ratio appeared as female 100 to male 104. It is too difficult to conclude that above findings were the results from mutation since the first and second generations were normal.

      • 半月地域 초파리集團의 有害遺傳子에 관한 硏究 Ⅰ. 遺傳子頻度 및 同座率

        1977年 半月地域에서 채집한 노랑초파리(D. melanogaster)에 대하여 第2染色體에 保有되어 있는 劣性有害遺傳子 및 不姙遺傳子 頻度를 調査하여 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1. 劣性致死遺傳子 및 半致死遺傳子 頻度는 25.86%였다. 2. 半月地域의 초파리集團에 存在하는 致死遺傳子間의 同座率은 2.21%였다. 3. 有害遺傳子로 인한 集團內의 淘汰率은 0.0015였다. 4. 第2染色體上에 保有된 劣性不姙遺傳子는 雌性이 4.81%, 雄性이 7.94%였고, 兩性不姙은 0.53%였다. 5. 表現型의 不姙率은 3.42%로 나타났다. Phenotypic sterile flies in the Banwol natural population was 3.42%

        半月地域 초파리集團에 보유되어 있는 有害遺傳子 빈도에 관한 硏究

        The frequency of second chromosomes bearing deleterious and sterile genes in the Banwoel natural population of DrosoPhila melanogaster was estimated in 1981. The results obtained were as follows. 1. The frequency of lethal and semilethal chromosomes was calculated as 28.83%. 2. Allelism rate among lethal genes isolated from Banwoel natural population was 1.84%. 3. The rate of elimination of lethal genes(IQ²) was estimated to be 0.15%. 4. The frequency of sterile genes on the second chromosomes was 6.87% for female, 5.43% for male. 5. Phenotypic sterile flies in the Banwoel natural population was 2.94%.

        The present study attempted to propose more efficient ways of operation in the clinical training by investigating and analyzing the training conditions-e.g. major places, job assignment, and the region of clinical training. personal relationship with hospital staff, and working hours - as the factors affecting the students' satisfaction with the clinical training. Thus. this study conducted a questionnaire survey to 259 juniors in the department of Dental Hygiene. The results are as follows l. 52.9% of the subjects chose 'easiness of getting a job' as a reason to go to the Dental Hygiene department: 43.6% were 'moderately satisfied' with their major: 56.0% of the students responded that 'college authority' decided where to have a clinical training: 73.7% of them had a training lasting 4-5 weeks for a single session: 95.4% were satisfied with the length of training. and: the grade of 62.9% of the subjects was B. 2. In the category of 'satisfaction with the clinical training,' satisfaction with the content of the training was the highest with the score of 3.17. Especially. satisfaction was the highest in the factor, 'I got a great result in terms of my aquisition of dental hygienic skills after the training.' with the average score 3.52. Satisfaction with the training evaluation was the lowest (average score: 2.53), especially with the factor. 'I had the criteria before the evaluation'(average score: 2.32). 3. Among the factors for the 'Conditions of Training,' the overall satisfaction with the clinical training dependent on the job assignment was very significant (F=10.15, P=.000), while that dependent on the personal relationship with the staff was also very significant (F=6.08. P=.000).
