Gestational trophoblastic tumor became one of the curable disease due to the development of chemotherapy, appropriate follow up of β- human chorionic gonadotropin and others. But metastatic trophoblastic tumor still shows high mortality rate because of resistance to the chemotherapy and large tumor burden.One of the important prognostic factors determining the prognosis of gestational trophoblastic tumor is antecedent pregnancy, which affects the response to therapy. Choriocarcinoma following term pregnancy is rare one with the incidence of one per 160,000 pregnancies in United States and the prognosis is poor because of late diagnosis and combined high risk prognostic factors.We present a choriocarcinoma following term pregnancy that required emergency total abdominal hysterectomy due to profuse bleeding with brief review of literatures.

최근 가속화되고 있는 특수용 변압기의 수요가 증대되고 있으며, 제품 경쟁력을 위해서는 소형ㆍ경량화을 위한 변압기 설계가 요구되고 있다. 특히 실리콘 제조장치에 고품질의 직류전원을 공급하기 위한 다중권선 변압기의 경우 대전류 공급에 의한 발열량이 크며, 특히 소형화를 위하여 혁신적인 냉각장치의 적용이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 열전달 특성이 뛰어난 히트파이프를 적용한 다중권선 변압기의 냉각특성 해석적으로 검토하여 설계에 반영하고, 변압기 제작을 통하여 냉각효과를 검증하였다. Recently, the growing demand for special purpose transformers is accelerated and it’s essential to design a reduced size and lightweight transformers in order for products to remain competitive. Particularly if you look at multi-winding transformers that supply high-quality DC (direct current) power to silicon production apparatus, heat generation due to high current supply is excessive thus, an innovative cooling apparatus is required in particular for reduced size transformers. Therefore, this study reflected the analysis on particular characteristics of the multi-winding transformer’s cooling apparatus equipped by heat pipe with excellent heat transfer ability into a design and verified positive cooling effect by producing of such transformer.
