Sliding bearing using low-speed and high-load is one of the most important parts in front parts of excavators, which is the presence of bushes made of an antifriction material. The sliding contact is realized through microscopic irregularities on the shaft and the bush, so the damage of bush results in the accumulation of plastic deformation which is accompanied by the appearance and development of microscopic discontinuities owing to material fracture and outside dust. Accumulation of microscopic damage in the material leads finally to macrofracture - the particles breaks off bush. The greasing interval is very important so as not to have the damage of bush. To prolong the greasing interval requires consistence of shaft and bush, which have high strength, wear resistance and lubrication with durability. To estimate the durability of the developed bush, we made an experiment in the rig test machine. From the results of the rig test for durability, the developed bush assesses the better commercially used carbonized bush and Cu bush.
