본 연구는 예술영재교육 분야에서 최근까지 연구 분석된 결과를 토대로 향후 예술영재교육의 문제 및 발전에 기여할 수 있는 과제를 도출해 보기 위하여 2000년~2015년간 관련 연구 논문 190편을 표집하였다. 조사도구는 `예술영재교육`과 `예술영재`의 주요어를 중심으로 국회도서관 및 한국교원학술정보원에서 검색한 학위논문 및 학회지로 하였고 연구 동향을 분석하기 위하여 연구주제, 연구분야, 연령 및 학년, 연구방법으로 구분하여 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째. 연구주제는 예술영재교육의 동향과 관련한 전망, 기대, 방안, 방향에 대한 연구가 많았고 다음으로 연구프로그램, 실태 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구분야에 대한 연구동향은 미술, 음악 및 기타 분야인 예술전체에 관한 연구와 융합, 체육 분야의 연구는 25% ~ 35% 정도의 수준인데 반해 무용분야는 9%의 수준으로 저조 하였다. 셋째, 예술영재의 연구동향의 분석에서 연령 및 학년에 대한 연구는 초등, 중고등의 순이고 그 다음으로 전체연령과 교사에 대한 연구인데 반해 발달에 있어 중요기인 유아에 대한 연구는 미비하였다. 넷째, 연구방법은 문헌연구가 가장 많고 그 다음으로 양적, 질적 순으로 연구되었다는 동향을 파악할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 토대로 국내의 예술영재교육의 과제를 도출하여 앞으로의 발전적 토대를 구축하는데 기여할 것이다. 연구 분석에 따른 향후 연구에 관한 과제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다양한 연구주제 및 방법에 의한 연구, 둘째, 장기적 연구 수행, 셋째, 융합적 예술영재교육의 교과과정과 모형 개발 연구, 넷째, 영재교육 담당 교사연구. As a result, the following conclusions were drawn about the research trends of the arts gifted education during the period of 2000 ~ 2015. National Art Education for the Gifted Research Project. As many as 190 research papers from the year of 2000 to 2015 have been sampled with the purpose of developing a task that contribute to solving problems and developing the art education for the gifted based on the results of researches and analyzing based on the contents of researches in the field of art education for the gifted. The research tools were classified into theses and journals that were searched in the National Assembly Library and the Korea Education & Research Information Service centering on the main words of `artistic gifted education` and `artistic gifted` in order to analyze research trends, research topics, research fields, and research methods. As a result, the following conclusions were drawn about the research trends of the arts gifted education during the period of 2000 ~ 2015. First, the research subject were several researches regarding the prospects, expectations, plans and directions related to the trends of the art education of the gifted and showed in the order of the real condition. Second, arts were the most popular in the field of research, followed by others (arts, physical education) and music. Third, in the age and grade, elementary school, others (adults and others), middle and high school except for infants appeared to be at a similar level. Fourth, the trend was understood that literature research was found to be used most as a method of research, followed by quantitative and qualitative research respectively in that order. Therefore, based on the results of this study, it will contribute to the future development of the arts gifted education in Korea. Hereafter research based on the research analysis are as follows. First, research of diverse research subjects and methods. Second, carry out long-term research. Third, amalgamative course of the art education for the gifted model development research. Fourth, research of the teacher in charge of the gifted education.
