입원환자가 제공받은 간호의 질 평가에 관한 조사연구

We examined 110 patients who came to receive KMC thoracic Surgery Wd. Through this survey we analyzed quality of Nursing Care about 5 Nursing Care field, as Psychosocial Nsg., Physical Nsg., General Nsg., Communicational Nsg., Professional Nsg. 1. General Character We showed more than 21.8% of 60' s age, 54.5% of male 61.8% of religion, 37.3% of graduated high school and answered 89.1% of married state, 95.5% of medical 83.6% gave a job, Admittion Dept, was TS 45.5%, NR 37.3%, GS 10.9%, Less than 10 admittion day' s was 56.4%, Admittion history was 63.6%, Admittion time was 24.5%, more than 3rd 19.1%. 2. Quality grade of Nsg. Care 2.70~4.18 checked a grade measure distribution about 5 Nsg. Care province in 47 guestion, Quality state of Nsg, Care showed common, A high ranking of arithmetic mean was psychosocial Nsg., Physical Nsg., communicational Nsg., General Nsg. 3. Relation with quality grade of Nsg. Care and general Nsg. Religion showed to effective variable on quality grade of Nsg Care field(F=2.19, P<0.1), Psychosocial Nsg(F=2.27, N<0.1), General Nsg(F=2.21, P<0.1). On effective variable to quality grade of Physical Nsg. was religion(F=2.83, P<0.05) and a school career(F=2.15, P<0.1), On effective variable to quality grade of Communicational Nsg. was admittion day(F=2.43, P<0.05), But no showed on effective variable to quality grade of Professional Nsg. By above results, quality of Nsg Care in admittion patient Showed grade of Common. Less than quality of Nsg. Care was Physical Nsg. and poor evaluated patient to not gave religion about quality grade of Total Nsg. Care. Therefore, we think make on attempt to change and review a obstructive factor and motivation to improved quality of Nsg Care.

교육목회에 대한 성경적 근거 : 마 4:23과 28:19~20을 중심으로

“Educational Ministry (EM)” is an inclusive and historical terminology which covers all of the Christian education, Church education, Sunday school, and Educational ministry. EM implies the whole concept of current ministry. The meaning of biblical approach is the method of ministry in the Bible and encourages Christian workers to use in their ministry. Foundation of biblical approach toward education ministry is based on Mt. 4:23, which shows Jesus’ ministry of teaching (Education), preaching (Proclamation), and healing. By analysis of the Great Commission of Jesus in Mt. 28:19-20, the author related the concept of EM to the church as the faith community with a chart of EM. Understanding of EM, the concepts of EM were examined such as definitions of Christian education, educational ministry, the differences between Christian education and educational ministry, and characteristics of educational ministry. In order to seek the biblical approach toward educational ministry, the researcher examined three dimensions. General issues of educational ministry as the first dimension, the researcher examined the base of EM, the purposes of EM, the contents of EM, and the methods of EM. Secondly, the researcher investigated the relational issues of EM such as the authority of the Bible and its role, EM in the OT, and EM in the NT. Thirdly, as the relationship between Trinity and EM, the Father God for EM, the Son Jesus Christ for EM, and the Holy Spirit for EM were researched. Then, listed the purposes of EM in the NT, examined the contents of EM, and the methods of EM in the NT. Lastly, the researcher recommended suggestions for further research. 교육목회란 기독교교육과 교회교육과 주일학교와 교육적인 목회를 모두 내포하는 포괄적이고 역사적인 용어로서, 현 세대의 목회를 총괄적으로 표현할 수 있는 용어이다. 교육목회에 대한 성경적 근거로 예수님의 사역인 교육목회, 말씀목회, 치유목회를 표현해주고 있는 마 4:23을 제시했다. 교육목회가 왜 모든 목회를 총괄적으로 표현해주고 있는가는 마 28:19∼20에 나타난 예수님의 지상명령을 신앙공동체인 교회와 연결해서 분석하면서 도표로 살펴보았다. 교육목회에 대한 성경적인 접근방법을 풀어보기 위해서 선행연구를 세 가지 면에서 살펴보았다. 첫째로, 교육목회에 대한 개괄적인 이슈들을 살펴보기 위해서 교육목회의 성경적 근거, 교육목회의 목적, 성경의 교육목회 내용, 교육목회의 교육방법을 다루었다. 둘째로, 성경과 교육목회와의 연관된 주제들을 연구하기 위하여 교육목회를 위한 성경의 권위와 역할, 교육목회를 위한 성경의 역할, 구약에 나타난 교육목회, 신약에 나타난 교육목회를 살펴보았다. 셋째로, 교육목회에 대한 삼위일체적 접근에 관한 주제들을 살펴보기 위해서 성부 하나님의 교육목회, 성자 예수님의 교육목회, 성령과 교육목회, 성령과 교육에 대한 이슈들을 다루었다. 교육목회 이해를 위해서 교육목회의 개념을 정리했는데 기독교교육, 교육목회, 교육목회와 기독교교육의 구분, 교육목회의 특성을 다루었다. 교육목회에 대한 성경적 접근은 교육목회의 근거로 마4:23의 예수님의 사역을 분석했으며, 교회의 교육적 사명의 근거로 마 28:19∼20의 예수님의 지상명령 분석해서 도표로 제시했다. 아울러 신약의 교육목적을 분석하고, 성경의 교육목회 내용을 살펴보았으며, 신약의 교육방법을 제시했다. 결론으로 후속연구를 위해서 몇 가지 제안을 했다

A BRIEF HISTORY OF KOREAN CHRISTIAN EDUCATION

This article is to introduce a brief overview of Korean Protestant Church education in English, which entails a summary of that history. Such a study involves a classification of previous literature conducted on the history of Christian education in Korea, all of which has been in Korean to date. This initial study is descriptive in nature and provides a framework for future study, which allows for the author to later introduce works that will argue for the identity and direction of Christian education in the country. The author divided Korean Christian education (KCE) history into four periods: Beginning of KCE, Suffering of KCE as a part of the Korean Church,Recovering of KCE, and Flourishing of KCE. The rationale for the four divisions in Korean Christian education history is chronologically concurrent with major political developments in recent Korean history. They coincide with the Korean suffering under Japanese annexation, independence from Japan, the Korean War, and the development of democracy in Korea. This is so because the history of Korean Christian education is inextricable from Korean church history and Korean church history cannot be explained without the backdrop of Korean history. As such, KCE history cannot be told alone apart from the history of the Korean church, nor can Korean church history be told apart from recent Korean history. Reviewing the history of church education in Korean Protestant churches, the author divided the material into four periods each having three sections: (1) Phenomena (Context) and Characteristics of the Period based on historical events, (2) Educational activities, and (3) Evaluation of Church Education and Christian Education within each period.

영성개발을 위한 교육목회적 접근으로서의 영성교육

기독교대한성결교회 청소년들의 괴롭힘 경험과 평화교육에 대한 인식 연구

본 연구는 기독교대한성결교회에 소속된 교회청소년들의 학교와 교회 안에서의 괴롭힘 경험과 평화교육에 대한 인식을 다루고 있다. 본 연구는 기독교대한성결교회의 청소년(중고등학생)을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 교회청소년들의 괴롭힘에 대한 학교와 교회 안에서의 경험과 인식과 대응자세를 올바로 파악하고, 앞으로도 계속해서 교회 청소년들에게 학교에서나 교회에서 발생할 수 있는 괴롭힘의 현장에서 어떻게 대응해야할 것인가에 대한 준비과정으로서 평화교육을 이해하는데 연구목적을 두었다. 본 연구에서는 괴롭힘이라는 용어를 청소년들이 겪는 각종 폭력경험들, 즉 가정폭력, 학교폭력, 집단따돌림(왕따) 등을 포괄하는 대표적이고 함축적인 용어로 통일해서 사용하였다. 연구대상은 전국을 5개의 광역으로 구분하여 (1) 서울, (2) 경기·인천, (3) 호남, (4) 영남, (5) 중부(충청) 지역에 있는 기독교대한성결교회의 학생부에 출석하고 있는 교회청소년들이며, 표본은 2012년(202명 응답)과 2014년(252명 응답)에 각각 두 달간에 걸쳐서 10 교회에서 수집하였다. 설문응답에 대한 분석결과로, 교회의 많은 청소년들이 학교나 교회 안에서 괴롭힘을 당한 경험이 적다는 사실과 괴롭힘에 대한 대응자세가 확실하게 정리되어 있지 않다는 사실을 발견하였다. 결과적으로 교회가 갈등과 괴롭힘을 예방하기 위한 평화교육이 필요하며, 하나님을 사랑하는 수직적 신앙과 수평적 신앙인 이웃사랑 훈련이 필요하다고 나타났다. This study was composed by conduction of a survey among Christian youth who are attending Korea Evangelical Holiness Churches in Korea. The purpose of this study is threefold: (1) to accurately scrutinize youth's perspectives and experiences on violence in their churches and their schools, and their attitude toward violence situation in their churches and their schools, (2) to provide better solutions on how to face future situations of violence, and (3) to examine their expectation on peace education for the prevention program for youth violence. The term torment in this study covers all concepts of various experiences of torment at home, school and church such as violence, bullying, physical torment, language torment, etc. The target group of this study was composed of youth in the Korea Evangelical Holiness Church from five regions of Korea: (1) Seoul, (2) Kyunggido and Incheon, (3) Honam (Southeastern), (4) Youngnam (Southwestern), and (5) Choongchung (Central). Collected samples were 202 in 2012 and 252 in 2014 from 10 churches within two months. As the result of this study, the researcher found that only a small number of Christian youth experienced torment in schools and churches. All surveyed students were not prepared on how to handle any type of torment. In conclusion, this study shows that the youth not only need to have peace education as a program of prevention but they also need to show their faith by loving God and their neighbors.

압축 영상 화질 개선을 위한 딥 러닝 연구에 대한 분석

최근 CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) 기반의 화질 개선 기술이 H.265/HEVC와 같은 블록 기반 영상 압축 표준을 사용하여 압축된 영상의 화질을 향상시키는 데 적극적으로 사용되어 왔다. 이 논문은 이러한 영상 압축 기술을 위한 화질 개선 연구의 추세를 요약하고 분석하는 것을 목표로 한다. 먼저, 화질 개선을 위한 CNN의 구성 요소를 살펴보고 이미지 도메인에서의 사전 연구를 요약한다. 다음으로 네트워크 구조, 데이터셋 및 학습 방법의 세 가지 측면에서 관련 연구들을 정리하고 성능 비교를 위한 구현 및 실험 결과를 제시하고자 한다.
