태권도지도자 변혁적 리더십이 선수들의 재미요인과 팔로워십에 미치는 영향

This study was aimed at finding out not only the innovative leadership and Taekwondo players’ enjoyment factors but also their relationship with the followership. For the subject of this study, players who attended ‘Taekwondo Competition for male․female high schoolers of the whole country in memory of 5.18 the public resistance of the whole country’ held by G metropolitan city were population and 309 male students and 137 female students which totaled 446 students were selected for the subject of the study by using Systematic Cluster Random Sampling. As the statistical method for this study, the following results were obtained by SPSS WIN Ver. 18.0 program for exploratory factor analysis and reliability assessment. First, there was a significant difference only in the followership at the age of instructors in the difference of innovative leadership, enjoyment and followership according to demographic characteristics. Second, it was found that there was significant correlation in all between enjoyment and followership, innovative leadership and enjoyment, innovative leadership and followership among each variable. Third, it was found that individual consideration and intellectual stimulation that are subfactors of innovative leadership, competency perception, practice and benefits that are subfactors of enjoyment had a significant effect. Looking at the level of contribution on the followership that is a subfactor of innovative leadership and enjoyment, it was found that there was an effect on the followership in the order of practice and benefits, competency perception, individual consideration and intellectual stimulation.

실업 태권도선수의 경기 전 경쟁불안에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 실업 태권도선수들을 대상으로 실제 경기 전 불안수준을 파악하고 독립변수 특성에 따른 경쟁 상태 불안과의 상관관계를 규명하는데 목적을 두고 2007년 대한태권도협회에 등록된 실업선수 118명을 대상으로 CSAI-Ⅱ를 이용하여 실업태권도 선수의 경기전 경쟁불안을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 실업팀 태권도 선수의 경쟁 상태불안에 대해 갖고 있는 실업 선수경력별 인지적 불안요인에 대해 통계적으로 인지적 불안 상태에 대해 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실업팀 태권도 선수의 경쟁상태불안에 대해 갖고 있는 실업태권도 실업선수경력별 상태 자신감요인에 대해 통계적으로 상태 자신감에 대해 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 실업팀 태권도 선수의 경쟁 상태불안에 대해 갖고 있는 국제대회 입상경력별 인지적 불안요인에 대해 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 실업팀 태권도 선수의 경쟁 상태불안에 대해 갖고 있는 국제대회 입상경력별 신체적 불안요인에 대해 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 실업팀 태권도 선수의 경쟁 상태불안에 대해 갖고 있는 국제대회 입상경력별 상태 자신감요인에 대해 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 실업팀 태권도 선수의 체급별 경쟁 상태불안에 대해서는 인지적불안과 신체적 불안, 상태자신감에서 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 종합해 보면 실업팀 태권도 선수의 경쟁 상태불안에 대해 실업선수경력이 증가할수록 인지적 불안이 유의하게 감소되고 상태 자신감은 유의하게 증가된다는 것을 확인하였다. 하지만 신체적 불안에서는 유의한 차이가 없다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 국제대회 입상경력에서 입상경력이 있는 경우, 인지적 불안과 신체적 불안이 유의하게 감소되고 상태 자신감은 유의하게 증가된다는 것을 확인하였으며, 체급에서는 경쟁 상태불안에 대해 유의한 차이가 없는 것을 확인하였다.

어린이 전용 수영장의 교육서비스품질요소 분석_Kano모델을 적용한 고객만족계수와 PCSI지수를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs and objective and subjective satisfaction of student parents by using a dual quality classification technique in analyzing the quality of educational services of children’s swimming pools. The subject of this study was the population of children's parents in 11 children's swimming pools located in the metropolitan area and Chungnam area, and 197 copies were used for the final analysis for about two months from April to June 2022. For data processing, frequency analysis, customer satisfaction coefficient calculation, and PCSI index for Kano analysis quality classification were derived using 'Microsoft Office Excel 2020. As a result of the study, first, one-dimensional quality elements of the quality of education services in the children's swimming pool were 'systematic education program composition', 'diverse level of class program', 'individual guidance according to the level', and 'expert knowledge of the leader'. Attractive quality elements were found to be 'various class programs' and 'building a bond between leaders and students'. Second, the Better index of educational service quality of the children's swimming pool was in the order of 'diverse programs outside the swimming pool', 'leader's vitality and passion', and 'leader's educational value'. The Worse index was followed by 'leader's expertise', 'pool tuition appropriateness', and 'leader's educational value'. Third, the ranking of the PSCI index was in the order of 'leader's educational value', 'leader's vitality and passion', and 'various programs outside the swimming pool'. 본 연구의 목적은 어린이 전용 수영장의 교육서비스품질을 분석하는데 있어서 이원적 품질분류 기법을 활용하여 수강생 학부모의 요구 및 객관적, 주관적 만족도를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 통해 경쟁우위와 COVID-19 팬데믹 상황을 대처하고 어린이 전용 수영장에서 제공되는 교육서비스품질을 개선하기 위한 기초적인 자료를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 연구대상은 2022년 4월부터 6월까지 약 두달간 수도권 및 충남 지역에 소재하고 있는 어린이 전용 수영장 11개소에서 자녀의 학부모를 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 197부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 ‘Microsoft Office Excel 2020’을 사용하여 Kano 분석 품질 분류를 위한 빈도분석, 고객만족계수 산출, PCSI 지수를 도출하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 어린이 전용 수영장의 교육서비스품질의 일원적 품질요소는 ‘체계적인 교육프로그램 구성’, ‘다양한 수준의 수업 프로그램’, ‘수준에 맞는 개별지도’, ‘지도자의 전문지식’ 등으로 나타났다. 매력적 품질요소는 ‘다양한 수업 프로그램’, ‘지도자와 수강생의 유대관계형성’으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이 전용 수영장의 교육서비스품질의 Better 지수는 ‘수영장 외부에서의 다양하 프로그램’, ‘지도자의 활력과 열정’, ‘지도자의 교육 가치관’ 순으로 나타났다. Worse 지수는 ‘지도자의 전문지식’, ‘수영장 수강료 적절성’, ‘지도자의 교육 가치관’ 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어린이 전용 수영장의 교육서비스품질의 PSCI지수 순위는 ‘지도자의 교육 가치관’, ‘지도자의 활력과 열정’, ‘수영장 외부에서의 다양한 프로그램’ 순으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 어린이 전용 수영장은 명확한 지도 목표를 설정하고 체계적이고 다양한 수영 프로그램을 구축해야하며, 다양한 체육활동을 모색하여 학부모의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 차별화 전략을 구축해야 할 것이다.

해양마리나 시설이미지와 지각된 가치 및 만족도와의 구조적 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between the Incidence Image of Marine Marina and perceived value and satisfaction. Through this process, we are going to present a differentiated strategy that can be applied practically at the Marina facility site and provide efficient measures to gain absolute advantage. 261(95%)adult data were analyzed in this study. The data processing used IBM SPSS23.0 and AMOS 23.0 versions. frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation, structural equation model were used. The finding of this study were as follows: First, facilities image had a significant effect on perceived value. Second, facilities image had a significant impact on satisfaction. Third, perceived value had a significant effect on satisfaction. 이 연구의 목적은 해양 마리나의 시설이미지와 지각된 가치 및 만족도와의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 통해 마리나 시설 현장에서 실질적으로 적용할 수 있는 차별화된 전략을 제시하여 절대적 우위를 점유할 수 있는 효율적인 방안을 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다. 이 연구의 대상은 2018년 5월~2018년 10월까지 약 6개월 간 목포에 위치한 해양마리나시설을 방문한 경험이 있는 성인을 모집단으로 361부(95%)를 최종분석자료로 활용하였다. 자료처리는 IBM SPSS23.0, AMOS 23.0 버전을 사용하였다. 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계, 구조방정식모형을 실시하였다. 첫째, 해양마리나 시설이미지는 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 해양마리나 시설이미지는 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 지각된 가치는 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 연구의 결과를 종합하면, 해양마리나시설을 방문하는 방문객들을 지속적으로 유치하기 위해서는 경쟁마리나 시설과는 차별화된 이미지를 부각하여 긍정적인 소비자들의 태도를 형성할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 다양한 이벤트 개최, SNS를 활용한 마케팅과 연령, 집단별에 따른 프로그램을 다양화하여 방문의 빈도를 확대해야 한다. 시설 방문의 빈도가 늘어난다는 것은 시설에 대한 만족도가 높게 형성될 가능성이 높기 볼 수 있기 때문에 해양마리나 관계자들은 소비자들과의 커뮤니케이션을 통해 소비자의 요구를 충족할 수 있는 노력을 기울일 필요가 있다.
