Supply chains are facing numerous changes that are contributing to increasing vulnerability to disturbances. Therefore, supply chains must be resilient. The paper present a supply chain simulation study based on empirical data for a real case related with Army supply chains. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate alternative supply chain scenarios based on supply chain structure for improving supply chain resilience to a surge demand in war time. and assess how mitigation strategies affect end user as well as whole supply chain. Strategic inventory and redeployment is considered as redundancy and flexibility respectively. To assess the supply chain structure of each scenario, three performance measures are used, stockout rate at end user as customer fillrate, end user recovery pattern and total inventory level. We show that right reduncancy leads Army supply chains to be more resilient as well as efficient.
의사결정자의 평균고정 휴리스틱이 공급사슬에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 개인의 휴리스틱이 공급사슬에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실험과 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다. 우선 뉴스벤더 실험을 통해 개인의 주문량 의사결정시 어떠한 휴리스틱이 발생하는지 파악하였다. 그리고 파악된 휴리스틱을 시뮬레이션 모델에 반영하여 공급사슬에서의 영향 정도를 파악하였다. 연구 시작 전 다른 휴리스틱 유형, 예를 들면 수요추종이나 도박사의 오류 등도 가정하였으나 실험 데이터 분석 결과 피실험자 대부분이 수요 상황에 상관없이 평균에 고착되는 휴리스틱을 보였다. 이렇게 도출된 평균고정 휴리스틱이 다단계 공급사슬에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 스터만(Sterman, 2000)의 맥주배송 게임 모델의 기본 인과구조를 그대로 활용하여 시뮬레이션을 모델링하였다. 기본모델과 평균고정 휴리스틱을 적용한 모델을 비교분석한 결과 평균고정 휴리스틱이 공급사슬에서 단계별 주문량 변동폭을 줄여 채찍효과(Bullwhip Effect)가 줄었으며, 일반수요에서는 매우 합리적인 모델로 확인되었다. 하지만 계절수요와 같이 주기별 수요평균의 변동이 큰 상황에서는 신속히 대응하지 못해 재고유지비용과 재고부족비용을 많이 초래하였다. 본 연구는 공급사슬 성과라는 거시적 변수와 개인의 의사결정이라는 비교적 미시적 변수를 동시에 적용하여 분석하였다는 점에서 기존 연구와 차별성을 보인다. The purposes of this thesis were to find out the effects of the decision maker`s mean anchoring heuristic on the supply chain. We had an newsvendor experiment to retrieve decision maker`s ordering patterns. We defined three types of ordering behavior depending on heuristic with formula and six demand types, and classified them. As a result, almost subjects used mean anchoring heuristic. We designed the basic and M type supply chain simulation using causal structure of Beer Distribution Game in Sterman(2000). Basic model is the same as the casual structure and M type model is applied the formula of mean anchoring heuristic. The simulation results are as follows : If unit stock keeping cost and unit stock-out cost are the same, M type model has cost 1375 times less than the basic model in normal distribution demand and basic model always shows the better performance in seasonal demand. We also found out that M type decision maker`s conservativeness probably make the bullwhip effect of the supply chain reduced. This study shows the difference from other studies in that we analyzed the effect of the individual factor on the supply chain using experiment and simulation consequently.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence that the experience of literature activities through picture book improves the language abilities of young children. This will then clarify its educational value, and provide the fundamental data in the spot of early childhood education.<BR> Picture books include young children"s interests and inquiries of inner and outer world, many concepts, and logical and ethical thinking procedures.<BR> This study suggests methods of young children"s the development of language abilities. The auding, story telling, reading and writing, dramatic activities about picture books improve language abilities of young children"s language comprehension and expression.<BR> This means that the experience of literature activities through picture books have affirmative influence on the development of language abilities of young children.

본 연구는 경기도에 소재한 예비유아교사들을 대상으로 창의ㆍ인성교육의 이해, 현황, 요구의 측면에서 창의ㆍ인성교육에 대한 인식을 알아보고자 하였다. 예비유아교사의 창의ㆍ인성교육에 대한 인식은 연령, 가족소득, 예술경험의 정도에 따라서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 학년과 실습유형에 따라서는 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 예비유아교사는 3학년 보다는 4학년이, 4주 이상의 학교교육실습과 4주 이상의 보육실습을 모두 수행하거나 각각의 실습을 실시한 경우가 5주 이상의 정기적 관찰실습을 실시한 경우보다 창의ㆍ인성교육에 대한 인식 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 예비유아교사의 수업연한이 많고 현장실습경험이 많을수록 창의ㆍ인성교육에 대한 인식 수준이 높게 나타난다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 예비유아교사의 창의ㆍ인성교육에 대한 인식 향상을 위해 실습 강화, 교과목 개설, 교원양성기관에서의 교육 정도에 따라 창의ㆍ인성교육의 인식과 실행 정도가 크게 변화되고 향상될 수 있음을 시사해 준다고 볼 수 있으며 이를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. This work is about to study what is recognition for pre-service teacher of creativity and personality education in early childhood education. This study sampled 344 pre-service teachers in Gyeunggi-Do, surveyed their recognition of creativity and personality education for young children. Data were analyzed by Means, Standard deviation, %, and t-test, ANOVA analysis using the SPSS 15.0+ computer program. The findings of this study are summarized as follows : Most of pre-service teachers responded to need of teacher’s education for young children of creativity and personality education. and they responded to importance of creativity and personality education. But most of pre-service teachers were not learned in creativity and personality education at that college and university. We found there is no significant difference caused by variables on age, family income, art experience degree, but Grade, type of practicum experience variables crate some meaningful difference. Based on these findings, it can be suggested pre-service teachers must learn about creativity and personality education for young children and early childhood creativity and personality education programs should be developed and promoted as soon as possible. Doing so, we will support basic data to enhance pre-service teacher’s creativity and personality education in early childhood education.

Pulsed foil explosion is a phenomenon in which electrical energy is converted into thermal energy and further into mechanical energy and when the energy conversion proceeds rapidly, it has the power to be called an explosion. The objective of this study was to implement collision welding of stainless steel(SUS304) and aluminum at a laboratory scale by pulsed foil explosion. With 10kJ input energy in to an aluminum foil, a 0.5mm thick aluminum sheet was launched toward a 1.0mm thick stainless steel target. Weld samples were mechanically tested in single lap-shear test according to ASTM D1002-01. In all case, the majority of the samples failed in the base aluminum instead of the weld. This shows that the weld was stronger than at least on of the base materials.
