Oncocytic lipoadenoma is a rare salivary gland tumor composed of adipose tissue and oncocytic epithelial cells in varied proportions. We report a case of an oncocytic lipoadenoma of the submandibular gland, which presented as a submandibular gland mass. The patient was a 65-year-old woman with a right submandibular mass measuring 2 x 2 x 1.6 cm. As a sonographic evaluation and computed tomograph scan gave us the impression of benign submandibular gland tumor such as pleomorphic adenoma, we resected the right side submandibular gland. Grossly, the tumor was well circumscribed with yellow to brown cut surface. Microscopically, the tumor was surrounded by a thin, fibrous capsule and composed of oncocytic epithelial cells admixed with mature adipose tissue. Final diagnosis was an oncocytic lipoadenoma. We discussed here radiologic and pathologic finding of this rare salivary gland tumor.

Cavernous lymphangioma is a rare congenital malformation that usually appears in the early childhood. The most common site is head and neck area, where approximately 75% of all lymphangiomas occur. We present a cavernous lymphangioma abutting brachial plexus and causing shoulder pain. A 28-year-old male patient presented with right shoulder pain for 2 months. Neck MRI revealed a lobulated multiseptated cystic mass at the anterior superior aspect of the right neck. Inferior, medial aspect of the mass was abutting brachial plexus. Surgical excision was performed, and pathologic result with immunohistochemical analysis confirmed the diagnosis cavernous lymphangioma.

As the evaluation of loading characteristic on tilting mechanism is the most important one of the function test of tilting mechanism the changing characteristic of load must be investigated on tilting of carbody for both the static and running condition of train. In this study we reduced the load of tilting mechanism by adjusting the interface of carbody and bogie such as the weight balance level of underframe height of leveling valve height of axle box and center position of tilting actuator with the characteristic curve of load for optimal condition of the tilting mechanism obtained in the previous study. Furthermore the factor and effect of the interfacial structures respecting the load of tilting mechanism was evaluated by analyzing the changing characteristic of load obtained in the process of adjustment of interfaces. From these data we will propose the maintenance standards for interfacial structures and tilting mechanism in order to minimize the load of tilting mechanism by analyzing in detail the characteristic of load for the main factors of the interfacial structure effecting on the load of tilting mechanism.
