This study is to develop research models suitable for e-Customs Clearance Single Window and empirically analyze them in order to examine and verify factors affecting e-Customs Clearance system in Korea on the basis of previously-verified studies such as Technology Accept Model(TAM), Task-Technology Fit Model(TTF) and managing tool like a Plan-Do-Check-reAct(PDCA) Model. Among many factors, this paper comprehensively analyzes an acceptance factor, which is one of the factors affecting the implementation and performance of e-Customs Clearance Single Window, from the Information Technological context, the Public Administration Task context in the customs clearance office, and the quality management environmental context. The finding from this paper are four factors which affecting on the e-Customs Clearance Single Window. The planing phase's factors affecting on the Do, Check, reAct, use rate and effect. The doing phase's factors don't affecting on the Check, reAct, use rate and effect. The checking phase's factors affecting a little bit on the reAct and effect but don't affecting on use rate. The reActing phase's factors don't affecting on use rate, but affecting on the effect. The use rate of e-Customs Clearance Single Windows affecting on the effect a little bit. So we can say there are the correlation between IT acceptance and performance on the e-Customs Clearance Single Window.

한국 수출입관련 기업의 글로벌 싱글윈도우 (Global Single Window) 활용 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증적 연구

본 연구는 우리나라의 수출입기업을 대상으로 글로벌 싱글윈도우 활용 및 성과에 구체적으로 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 각 요인을 도출하고 향후 국내에서의 싱글윈도우 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 함에 있다. 기존의 이론 및 실증연구를 토대로 연구모형과 가설을 도출하였고, 연구모형에 적합한 측정문항을 개발하였다. 그리고 이러한 측정문항을 바탕으로 국내 수출입기업, 관련 물류업체, 관세사 등을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 실증 분석하였다. 과거에는 주로 대기업 위주로 분석하였지만 본 연구에서는 중소기업을 대상으로 주로 이루어졌다. 실증분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 글로벌 싱글윈도우 활용 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 거래기업 압력, 정부 지원, 정보 인프라 호환성, 교육과 훈련 중 거래기업 압력, 정부 지원 등은 글로벌 싱글윈도우 활용 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다. The aim of this study is as follows. The first, What are the most important factors Affecting Global Single Window Usage and its Performance in Korean Trade Related Companies? The factors proposed for this study includes The pressure of trading companies in other country, Support of government, top management support, partnership among (makers distributors, retailers, customs service), education and training We gathered detailed data on our sample companies mainly from publicly available sources : Korea Customs Service. A structured questionnaire was used to collect information about: (1) general fact about the company (size, lines of business, products and services provided, employee, and some financial data about exporting), (2) To investigate the factors of the five contexts described above on korean export-import companies s global single window. The result are as follows. The analysis result revealed that the pressure of trading companies, support of government are influential variables on the affecting global single window in korean trade related companies.
