Mobile Hotspot Network supports the efficient vehicle group mobile communication that has advantages of mobile cellular communication systems and Wireless Fidelity. This technology acts as a relay between outside base radio station which is linked on the Internet and passengers to establish Access Point with radio interface in vehicles. This paper provides the status of the urban railway wireless communication network and the classification of 18GHz radio communication technology in order to apply Mobile Hotspot Network(MHN) to subway tunnel. Using millimeter wave, MHN serves 100 times faster high-speed data communication than the previous Wireless Broadband Backhaul. It also establishes requirements for metro railway environment and presents business model to study radio-wave propagation characteristics analysis of scattering and reflection electromagnetic waves by subway tunnels structure, optimum antenna arrangement, and handover algorithm.

The Organic Thin Film Transistor (OTFT) on flexible substrate electroplated electrodes has many advantages in the fabrication of low cost sensors, e-paper, smart cards, and flexible displays. In this study, we simulated 3-D OTFT with various voltage conditions by using COMSOL commercial package. Analysis model was limited with channel, gate, source and drain for research of thermal distribution. The channel interval is 40 urn and the voltage ranged between -20 and -40V. The OTFT was fabricated using pentacene as a semiconducting layer and electroplated Ni as a gate electrode. Electric properties of fabricated OTFT were characterized by I-V measurements and heat flux was predicted with the result of thermal distribution.

It has been developed the reliability management system center of the operator by itself to apply the reliability technique in Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit. With analyzing the failure data base on the maintenance system(SMRT-Uffice) developed Since 2000, it obtains various reliable indicators and computerized various reliability techniques. it is to operate the system through the continued expansion. It is essential that training reliability specialists and continuous professional procedure in order to promote the successful reliability management system. We hope that the train to operate safely through the optimization of maintenance and provision of quantitative data generated by operating a system that is based on RCM with collection and analysis Data to run a train maintenance work is generated.
