Automotive parts that require rigidity, such as door-modules, FEM carriers and bumpers has been applied with conventional metal materials, but they have been replaced with fiber-reinforced composites to reduce weight. Currently, automotive parts are being developed and applied with low weight parts through thickness thinnering as a weight light trend to improve fuel economy. However, as the thickness decreases, the stiffness decreased, so an analysis technique of materials is required to supplement the stiffness. In this study, the actual deformation that occurs when a load is applied to a specimen injection-molded of PP-GF20 material is measured, and the simulation results are compared with the consistency. In order to increase this consistency, it was possible to increase the consistency from about 60% to more than 80% by adjusting the elasticity of the material input in the structural analysis, and it was found that the elasticity of the material should be applied differently to analysis depending on the thickness of the molded product.

걷기 불편한 사람들을 위한 경로 추천 어플리케이션 제안

한국의 장애인 인구는 점차 증가하는 추세인 데에 반해, 장애인들의 이동을 간편하게 도와주는 어플리케이션은 많지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 장애인 뿐만 아니라, 거동이 불편하여 휠체어를 전반적으로 이용하는 사람들을 대상으로, 그들에게 필요한 경로 추천 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 특히 본 서비스는 이용자가 필터링 기능을 선 적용하여 ‘단일 경로를 추천받느냐’와 일반 어플리케이션과 동일한 방식으로 경로 추천을 먼저 받은 후, 필터링을 후에 적용하여 ‘여러 경로를 확인하느냐’의 차이를 두었다. 전자는 ‘선 필터링’, 후자는 ‘후 필터링’이라고 명명하였으며, 이를 통해 선 필터링 기능은 휠체어 이용자들에게 친화적인, 맞춤형 필터링 기능으로 자리잡아 그들에게 사용성이 높게 나올 것으로 예상된다. 또한 후 필터링 기능은 휠체어를 사용하지 않는 일반인들도 사용해 볼 수 있게 진입 장벽이 완화되어 설계되었기에, 그들이 경험해봄으로써 휠체어 이용자들에 대한 이해심이 생겨날 것으로 예상된다. 따라서, 본 서비스 제안으로 인해 우선 사회적인 갈등 문제가 완화될 것, 그리고 기술적 측면에서 본 서비스 이용자들의 사용성이 증진될 것으로 사료된다. 향후 본 서비스를 직접 개발한 뒤, 서비스 이용자들을 대상으로 사용성 테스트를 진행할 예정이다.
