Government Organization and Public Institution have been developed many kinds of agricultural information systems such as agricultural policy, cultivated technology, marketing, and trade so on since 2000. Farm management conditions are diverse and complex more and more. Therefore, farmer want to service the specific agricultural information. Farmer don't like to access many Web sites to retrieve agricultural informations. They hope to receive one-stop its service. Government Organization began to review its information in order to make them more customized agricultural information service. We came up with an effective plan and Service Standardization Code for integrating agricultural technology informations in 2009. We can guide to carry out an effective portal service of agricultural information because we have a good experience about integrating information and system. This paper suggested the service scheme of integrated agricultural information for improving accessibility its information to farmer.

This paper introduces the Agrometeorological Network and Information System. Twenty-one Automatic Weather Station (AWS) installed in Regional Agriculture Technology Center (ATC) were integrated into a network system based on the Internet. Also, this system was connected to the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) with high speed network for acquisition of data from national weather observation offices. In addition, daily agricultural climate data which had been compiled in 92 ATCs in the past 30 years were computerized into an integrated climate database. Bnsed on this database system, three main information services were developed. These are: a) real-time weather information including current agricultural weather condition at ATC and KHTA office by geographic maps as well as table format, b) climate database with search-ing and comparative analysis menus, and c) climate analysis infermation for farmers, such as greenhouse heat-ing requirement calculator, soil water content calculator, and growing degree days calculator.

This study aims to suggest an activating programs through leading farmers` preference analysis for homepage operation and e-commerce using binary logit model. The results showed that leading farmers` preference for homepage operation increased more as the period of internet using and livestock raising was longer, the intention of e-commerce was higher. They also showed that leading farmers` preference for e-commerce increased more as the period of internet using was longer, as age level was higher and non-livestock raising. Therefore the strategies for the activating programs of homepage operation and e-commerce are the strengthening of education about homepage operation and e-commerce for leading farmers, the linkage with a e-commerce, the enlargement of budget for them, the considerations of age level and items of crops or livestock, the support for leading farmers for e-commerce.
