고등학생의 지각된 교실수행목표구조와 공격성의 관계: 학업스트레스와 삶의 의미의 매개효과

본 연구는 학급환경이 우월한 능력을 드러내거나 열등한 능력을 감추는 것을 강조한다고 지각하는 정도인 교실수행목표구조(수행접근, 수행회피)가 고등학생의 공격성으로 이어지는 구체적 기제를 이해하고자 하였으며, 이때 학업스트레스와 삶의 의미의 매개효과에 초점을 맞추었다. 고등학교 1, 2학년 595명의 자기보고식 설문자료로 구조방정식 모형 분석을실시한 결과, 교실수행목표구조 각 유형은 모두 공격성을직접 예측하지 않았지만 학업스트레스를 정적으로 예측하였으며, 교실수행접근목표구조의 경우 삶의 의미 또한 정적으로예측하였다. 한편, 학업스트레스는 공격성을 예측하지 않았지만, 삶의 의미는 공격성을 부적으로 예측하였다. 교실수행목표구조에서 학업스트레스와 삶의 의미를 순차적으로 거쳐 공격성을 예측하는 이중매개효과는 두 모형 모두에서 유의하였다. 또한 삶의 의미의 단순매개효과는 교실수행접근목표구조 모형에서만 유의하였다. 학업스트레스의 단순매개효과는 두 모형 모두 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구는 고등학생이 지각한 교실수행목표구조가 그 유형에 따라 공격성에 미치는 효과가 달라질 수 있음을 보여주었다는 의의를 지닌다. The purpose of this research is to explore the mechanism between classroom performance goal structures(approach/avoidance) and aggression, with focus on the mediating effects of academic stress and meaning in life. Data of 595 high school students were analyzed through structural equation modeling. As a result, both types of goal structures did not directly predict aggression, whereas they both positively predicted academic stress and meaning in life. Furthermore, academic stress did not predict aggression, while meaning in life negatively predicted aggression. The double mediation effect was significant in both research models. The mediating effect of meaning in life was only significant in the model concerning approach goal structure. However, the mediating effect of academic stress was not significant in either model. This study holds significance in revealing the possibility of different effects that different types of classroom performance goal structures have on the aggression.

Full safety inspection and full safety examination performed for the safety and maintenance of buildings are important tasks to prevent necessary negligent accidents and to take necessary measures such as repair and reinforcement according to the result. However, when performing the full safety inspection and the full safety examination, there are many problems in the inspection using various equipment such as the gradient, level, strength, carbonatization depth, and reinforced state of the main structure. Therefore, this study investigates the problems that appear from the practical point of view during the Full safety inspection and Full safety examination and suggests the improvement method.

Late-life depression (LLD) refers to depressive syndromes defined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fourth edition (DSM-IV) and in the International Classification of Diseases-10 (ICD-10) that arise in adults older than age 65 years. LLD often affects people with chronic medical diseases, cognitive impairment, or other forms of disability. The phenomenology of LLD differs in part from that of early-life depression. Antidepressants appear to have a neutral or protective effect against suicidal ideation or behavior in the elderly despite having the risk of opposite effect in children, adolescents, and young adults. The treatment of depression may be divided into acute, continuation, and maintenance phases. Currently available antidepressant medications represent several classes of agents with similar antidepressant efficacy. Differences in side effect profile, interactions, and out-of-pocket cost are important determinants in the choice of medication for an elderly patient. To minimize side effects, starting doses for older adults may be lower than those for younger adults, but older adults often require full adults doses for an adequate response. Antidepressants are as effective when given to elderly individuals as they are when given to younger adults. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) the antidepressants of choice, followed by bupropion, and mirtazapine. Tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs) are effective but are no longer considered to be first-line treatments because of their side effects.

Facilities with high risk of a disaster or requiring continuous safety management are designated as class-Ⅲ facility. In order to designate a class-Ⅲ facility, it is evaluated based on the safety status of the facility, the risk to the building users, and the number of years elapsed of the facility, etc. and this shall be referred to the actual condition survey for the designation of a class-Ⅲ facility. In the actual condition survey conducted to designate the safety status is calculated by the checklist based on the evaluation scores consisting of five stages each item, and is evaluated in three stages by 'good', 'careful observation', and 'designated review' through the average of the combined scores. Currently, the actual condition survey being conducted applies only structural stability, and the risk factors such as damage to the finish, the risk of cracking, and the type and weight of major structures are not included in the checklist for the actual condition survey, so even if experts think it is dangerous, scores cannot be reflected. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the problems of checklist of the actual condition survey for the designation of class-Ⅲ facility and to propose an improvement plan for the checklist for the actual condition survey.

A construction project with a total construction cost of over 10 billion KRW should be evaluated whether construction works are appropriately executed. The evaluation is carried out on quality management, process management, construction management, safety management, environmental management. The implementation period is within 60 days after completion of construction of the construction, from the time when the construction rate of the construction work has progressed by more than 90% to the construction cost. However, the participating construction engineers should prepare the evaluation within the period according to the evaluation criteria, but there are difficulties in preparation for the evaluation due to the reasons such as the change of engineers in charge and loss of data. Therefore, this study proposes the procedure of construction evaluation and adjusts timing of construction evaluation.
