학교급식 음식물쓰레기에 대한 인식 및 잔반율 영향 요인 분석 -경남지역 초등학교를 중심으로-

The purpose of this study was to investigate elementary school students` perception of food waste as well as to identify factors affecting the plate waste rate of school foodservice in the Gyeongnam area. Questionnaires were distributed to 280 students from June 20 to July 5, 2011 and a total of 279 were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows. First, the main reason of plate waste was ``big portion size``, which suggests that portion size should be adjusted. Second, the attitude for food waste reduction was 3.67 based on a 5-point Likert scale (1: strongly disagree, 5: strongly agree). Third, the average plate waste rate of school foodservice was 18.65%. Fourth, there were four factors affecting plate waste rate; balanced/unbalanced diet, satisfaction of school foodservice, need for nutrition education related to food waste, and attitude towards food waste reduction. The plate waste rates of the students who ate a balanced diet were significantly lower than those of the students who ate an unbalanced diet (P<0.001). The plate waste rates of the students who were satisfied with school foodservice were significantly lower than those of the students who were unsatisfied (P<0.001). The plate waste rates of the students who recognized the need for nutrition education were significantly lower that those of the students who did not recognize this (P<0.01). Finally, the students` attitudes towards food waste reduction were significantly negatively correlated with plate waste rate (P<0.01). In conclusion, in order to successfully reduce plate waste in school foodservice, nutrition education should be provided on proper portion size, balanced diet, and food waste. Further, introduction of partial self-service by school foodservice should be reviewed, and strategies for the improvement of school foodservice satisfaction should be applied.
BIM 기반 비선정 작업항목 물량산출 방법에 관한 연구

Estimates based on BIM makes it possible to perform from quantity take-off to construction cost estimates by using model, which is made in the phase of design and construction. As the BIM models are made up of the units of element, there an advantage of the automative quantity take-off, if the correction or change of element occurs. Work items, not included in the elements of the BIM model, are excepted from bill of quantity. Level of detail(LoD) of the BIM model can be improved for detailed estimates, but an excessive modeling for estimates is inefficient. This study presents the measure for selection and quantity take-off of work items, those are not expressed in the BIM model. The proposed method avoids the creation of excessive BIM Models and enables quantity take-off in conjunction with the element.

교육시설 유지관리는 교육환경개선사업의 12개 단위사업별로 취합하고, 심의를 통해 최종 유지보수 대상이 선정된다. 실태조사의 평가점수로 우선순위가 결정되고 순차적으로 예산을 편성하여 진행된다. 우선순위는 유지보수공사 수행을 위한 일정표이자 발주를 위한 중요한 기준이 된다. 예산이 산출되는 실태조사단계와 우선순위 기준의 개별적 유지보수공사는 몇 가지 한계가 있다. 학교시설관리자는 물량산출에 한계가 있으며, 부정확한 소요예산이 도출되는 결과로 이어진다. 우선순위 기준의 유지보수공사는 개별적으로 분리 발주되어 불필요한 공사기간이 반영된다. 학생들은 학습환경에서 불편함이 발생하고, 안전을 침해하는 기간이 늘어난다. 본 연구는 실태조사단계의 BIM 활용과 공종 패키지 플래닝 프레임워크를 제안하였다. BIM은 유지보수 대상의 물량정보를 지원하여 예산산출에 활용되며, 보수이력과 점검결과가 연계하여 평가점수를 도출한다. 공종 패키지 알고리즘은 단위사업별 예산배정 구간을 구분하고, 동일한 공간과 부위에 투입된 공종이 그룹화된 결과를 도출한다. 사례적용 결과 공사기간은 기존 대비 약 37.4% 단축이 가능하였으며, 실무자 면담을 통해 공종 그룹화 대상을 도출 과정에서 활용성이 높은 것으로 평가되었다. The maintenance of educational facilities was assembled in 12 project classifications of the Educational Improvement Program. The priorities were decided by the evaluation scores derived from the condition investigation, and maintenance works were budgeted in the order of priorities. These priorities were a schedule for conducting maintenance and an important criterion for obtaining a construction order. Several restrictions in the condition investigation exist, which derives budgets and conducts maintenance separately based on the priorities. An educational facility manager has a restriction in quantity take-off, which results in an incorrect budget. Discomfort would occur in an educational environment, and a period of infringing safety would increase. This study proposes applying a BIM in the condition investigation and the planning framework for work-type packaging. A BIM supports a budget calculation and derives evaluation scores by linking a repair and an inspection result. The work-type packaging algorithm divides a budget allocation range and derives the result of a grouped work-types applied in an equivalent space and element. As a result of applying cases, it could shorten the duration by approximately 37.4%. Its usability in selecting a grouped work-type was evaluated through an assessment with workers.

Maintenance is carried out over a long period of time, and various documents are utilized in the maintenance work. In maintenance work which is progressed simultaneously in a short period of time, it is important to provide relevant information to the parties in a timely manner. As the types of work increase, manager needs more time and effort to select and utilize the documents. It is necessary to have an information system that supports the person in charge by grasping work procedures for each construction and providing the necessary documents and information for that step. This paper proposes an process based nexus model that can provide necessary documents to the parties to the work steps by linking the maintenance work process and BIM. Through the nexus model presented, manager can efficiently acquire the necessary documents and utilize them for the construction works currently being carried out.

The maintenance of educational facilities is divided into inspection and management of facility managers residing in the school and Educational Environment Improvement Projects(EEIP) to carry out maintenance work. Educational support organizations collect maintenance requests through facility inspections by school-specific facility managers, and carry out numerous maintenance projects during the year. The EEIP has the characteristic of Program Management with interrelationships between projects, not multiple projects management. The purpose of the EEIP is to eliminate the inconvenience of school facility users and increase their satisfaction, and achieving the goal is judged to be successful. Despite the importance of management and performance measurement utilizing Critical Success Factor(CSF) for the operation of successful educational facility maintenance management programs, the system for achieving the goals is insufficient. This study derives CSFs for each stage of the EEIP for the success of the EEIP. The CSFs for each stage of the EEIP is expected to serve as a basis for evaluation of educational facility maintenance management programs and can be used as an evaluation index in the future.
