        공정-내역정보 연계를 위한 통합건설정보분류체계기반의 공통WBS 활용방안 -도로공사 사례를 중심으로-

        The time and cost is the most important information for the construction project management. Currently, a lot of studies have been done in order to clearly relate them with each other, but there have been some difficulties. Because of the characteristic of Korean government contract law, the construction project in Korea is managed by only cost and the time and cost information is distinctly separated. In order to manage all the major construction project information smoothly, the time and cost information should have relation with each other. This study suggest methods for relating the time and cost information, especially for road construction project of MOCT. Through the survey of construction field engineers and case study of the road construction project, several alternatives to improve the usability of construction information are suggested in this study. These alternatives can support relating other construction information. 공정과 공사비는 건설사업의 관리에 매우 중요한 두 가지 축으로써, 이들을 통합 관리하려는 많은 노력이 진행중이나, 많은 어려움을 겪고있는 상황이다 내역체계의 특성으로 인해, 국내의 경우는 내역과 공정체계의 두 가지 축을 중심으로 건설사업정보를 통합 관리할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 지방국토관리청의 도로공사를 중심으로 내역체계와 공정체계를 연계 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 있으며, 이를 위해, 위해 도로공사 현장 사례를 분석하고, 설문조사를 통하여 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 개선하기 위해 통합건설정보분류체계를 기반으로 시설물별 공통WBS와 부위별 수량산출서를 작성하는 방안을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 방안은공정과 내역의 연계활용뿐만 아니라, 타 정보와의 연계 활용의 기반을 제공할 수 있다.

        BIM 기반의 현대식 한옥 시공시뮬레이션 구현을 위한 한옥 공정분석 연구

        최근 한옥의 산업화와 보급화를 위한 다양한 기술들이 개발되고 있으나, 한옥의 시공 또는 공정에 대한 연구는 쉽게 찾아보기 어렵다. 이와 함께 최근 BIM에 대한 관심과 기술개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있는데, BIM 기술은 부위단위로 건축물을 설계하고 관리하는 기술로서, 최근 이를 이용한 많은 기술들이 개발되고 있다. 이러한 BIM 기술은 조립식 공법을 사용하는 한옥과 매우 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한옥의 시공과 공정관리의 체계화를 위하여, 대표적인 한옥의 형식인 익공식과 민도리식을 대상으로 기본적인 공정을 분석하고, 이를 현대식 공종분류 형태로 구성하여 WBS와 공정표를 작성하였다. 또한, 이렇게 작성된 공정을 기반으로 익공식 한옥을 대상으로 BIM의 한옥 시공 시뮬레이션 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 사례 연구의 경우, 조립식 공법의 한옥의 특징으로 인해, 한옥의 공정시뮬레이션은 95%정도의 시뮬레이션 자동 연계가 가능하였다. Currently, technologies for industrialization and dissemination for Han-Ok are developed actively. Also BIM technologies are actively developed. However, it is difficult to find the research and study cases for construction method and process for Han-Ok. BIM is the technology for managing information with element as a unit for building design, construction and management, and it is closely related to Han-Ok using assembling method for building construction. We analyzed the basic construction processes for IK-Gong and MinDoRi house, typical types of Han-Ok. Also we developed the Work Breakdown Structure of construction process for Han-Ok and suggested the method for construction simulation using BIM. Simple BIM model of Han-Ok which is Ik-Gong type is used for case study. It was possible to link automatically between 3D elements objects and construction activities about 95% in the case study. More studies of construction method for various type of Han-Ok and rules for link between elements and construction activities are required for Industrialization and dissemination of Han-Ok.

        도로공사의 공정 및 공사비 연계활용을 위한 디지털 수량산출정보시스템(QDBS) 개발 연구

        공정 및 공사비는 건설사업관리에 있어서 가장 중요한 정보들로써, 건설사업관리는 이들 정보를 얼마나 효율적으로 관리하는지에 달려 있다. 국내에서는 아직 체계적인 공정관리가 정착되지 못하였으며, 공사비와의 연계관리 또한 정보의 연계성 부족과 많은 노력의 필요로 인하여 실용성이 부족한 형편이다. 본 연구에서는 공정, 공사비 정보의 연계관리를 위하여, 도로공사를 대상으로 사업초기단계부터 공통작업분류체계를 기준으로 디지털수량산출정보(QDB)를 작성하는 방안과 이를 기반으로 하는 디지털 수량산출정보시스템(QDBS)을 제안하고자 한다. Cost and Schedule is the most important information, and how efficiently manage this information is the key issue for Construction Project Management. Domestically, systematic scheduling method such as CPM network is not only used widely but integration of time and cost information also is. In order to effectively integrate and use the time and cost information, it is suggested that WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) based QDB(Quantity Database) should be generated from the design phase and, WBS and QDB related system tool should be supported. It could be helpful to relate and integrate other construction project information.

        공동주택의 체계적 자산관리를 위한 중요도평가기법을 이용한 종합적 하자관리 개선방안 연구

        An apartment is a main residential facilities in Korea. The quality management is the essential management knowledge area and a lot of construction companies already have made an effort for improving the construction quality of apartments. The defects management of apartments is usually conducted during construction period, before move-in, and during guarantee period after occupancy. Currently the construction defects are usually measured by frequency only for the construction work. For the systematic and detailed defects management, the frequency, effects of the construction cost, and the technological importance should be considered at the same time. This study suggests the integrated construction defects assessment method and it can be used for preventing the construction defects and collecting the feedback information of the defects.

        적응형 뉴로-퍼지(ANFIS)를 이용한 건축공사비 예측

        Accurate cost estimation in the early stages of a construction project is critical to the successful execution of the project. In this study, an ANFIS model was presented to predict construction costs in the early stages of a construction project. To increase the usability of the model, open construction cost data was used, and a model using limited information in the early stage of the project was presented. We analyzed existing studies related to ANFIS to identify recent trends, and after reviewing the basic structure of ANFIS, presented an ANFIS model for predicting conceptual construction costs. The variation in prediction performance depending on the type and number of membership functions of the ANFIS model was analyzed, the model with the best performance was presented, and the prediction accuracy of representative machine learning models was compared and analyzed. Through comparing the ANFIS model with other machine learning models, it was found to show equal or better performance, and it is concluded that it can be applied to predicting construction costs in the early stage of a project.

        학교시설물의 효율적인 자산관리를 위한 업무 모델 연구

        Recently, concerns on the feasibility study, maintenance process, and the asset management of the public facility are increasing rapidly. In some foreign countries, such as New Zealand, Australia and United States, they recognize the public infrastructure as an Asset, and have been developing the Asset Management System in order to assess the value of the asset and manage them systematically. In this paper, we studied the cases for the Asset Management System and the Facility Management System for campus facilities in Korea and tried to define the scope and definition of Asset Management. Also, the system dynamics model is defined for the Asset Management and the weights of sub elements are analyzed.

        군집분석을 통한 BIM 기술개발 우선순위 분석

        In order to complete system using BIM technologies through life cycle of construction project, various tools and technologies which could be used in their phases are to be developed. BIM. In order to develop and adopt BIM technologies systematically through the life cycle of construction projects, it is required to identify the technologies to be develop and establish the strategy for their develop and adopt for construction project. In this study, 106 expected future technologies could be used with BIM are identified with the literature review. In order to establish development priorities of them, cluster analysis is used. As a result of analysis, 5 clusters are identified and they could be used for technology development strategy.

        BIM 환경에서 GPS를 활용한 타워크레인의 철골부재 양중경로 추적 방안 연구

        As buildings are becoming bigger, higher, and more complex, skilled workers are needed more than ever. But the number of skilled workers is decreasing. The automation of construction processes was suggested as a possible solution. For the construction of high-rise buildings, tower cranes, in particular, are the most important equipment. Our long-term goal is to develop a robotic tower crane. In this paper, as the first step towards the development of a robotic crane development, we tested a possibility of adopting the Global Positioning System (GPS) combing with the Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in tracking the lifting paths of a rower crane. In order to support the management of lifting processes of construction materials, especially steel frame members, a tower crane simulation system is developed using the GPS and BIM technologies. For the rower crane simulation system, a lifting path tracking system and an object model for a tower crane are developed. We proposed a variation of the relative measurement method in GPS, which uses a pair of regular GPS, and tested the precision of the proposed system in various situations.
